Five of us stayed at the Pansky Dum. We found the staff to be excellent. They were friendly and had pretty good English language skills, which helped us as we have close to zero Czech language skills. Breakfast offered an array of foods. Fruit, cereal, yogurt, eggs, sausage, bacon, cheeses, breads, juices, coffee, tea,...I can't recall all that was offered.||||The five of us rented two apartment set ups. It was clean, convenient, and the remodel done a few years ago is in excellent condition. Showers in the bathrooms. I managed to break part of the toilet seat cover. I notified the desk, we went out for a couple of hours and when we came back it had been replaced. That was fast.||||There is some noise from the square. Not enough to keep any of us from sleeping.||||The hotel location is sweet. Restaurants are within easy walking distance. Weekly market is out the front door. Grocery store is a couple blocks away. Face it, you are in the heart of Nove Mesto.||||When we return to Nove Mesto na Morave, we plan to stay here again.||||Thanks to the staff for helping make our visit so...

Breakfast with quite big offer (hmm wholegrain bakery is still a problem in the Czech hotels and 100% orange juice also...).||For dinner we would recommend to go to Stara lyze restaurant which is cca 100m far from hotel. They offer traditional Czech cuisine (by that I don't mean fried cheese with...
Read moreThe hotel is in a good location, and it’s a nice bonus that parking is free on weekends. But overall, the stay didn’t feel worth the money. Breakfast was not refilled, so if you came later, there wasn’t much left. There was no air conditioning, so the room got very hot during the summer. The room was missing some basic things like hand soap and toilet paper, and there was no shower curtain, which made it hard to use the bath. It was also hard to find staff, and when they were around, they didn’t seem very engaged... In general, it didn’t feel like good value...
