Penzion a Ubytovna Expres Atack Brno — Hotel in okres Brno-město

I was surprised when I arrived in this place because first, I thought I was lost; this is hidden at the end of a long street in a quarter where we can only find factories. After that, we discover a place quite new and accptable.||I was surprised of the team too, I spoke first to a woman nice enough but who was not speaking so much english, and later, I was really disappointed to speak with a blond haired woman who of course doesn't speak english at all, don't even try to speak with you and doesn't try to know what you want, and answer you in czech with a totally unpleasant air.||This apart, the rooms where clean, but I couldn't sleep a lot especially the morning because the factories are working early...

I came late (22pm) as announced on the 28th and spent several hours ringing the doorbell. No one opened the door for me. I called you several times as well. No one answered me. Then my phone was off ... I ended up spending my night in the streets of Brno. I was so afraid. That was my worst experience...

Bola som s priateľmi ubytovaná v tomto penzióne iba na vikend a môžem povedať, že radšej by som spala v stane pod holým nebom. V penzióne je prísny zákaz fajčenia a napriek tomu tam fajčili vo veľkom, spoločná kúpeľňa bola v katastrofálnom stave, špina, neporiadok, smrad, bez toaletného papiera a voda bola úplne ľadová. V izbe bol neporiadok, upratuje sa tam asi iba na požiadanie, v kuchyni bol taktiež neporiadok. Penzión sa nachádza medzi fabrikami a večer tam je minimálne osvetlenie takze pešo by som tam určite nešla. A úplne ma dorazilo, ked sme si museli zaplatiť aj za kartičku v prípade neskoršieho príchodu avšak bolo nám povedané, ze na konci pobytu nám peniaze budú vrátené avšak v momente odchodu na recepcií nikto nebol, mobil nám nezdvíhali a potom nám jeden taktiež ubytovaní pán povedal, že na recepciu prídu až o 17:00 hod. takze nám peniaze nevrátili takže úplná katastrofa, vôbec...
