Horský hotel Neptun — Hotel in okres Bruntál

An artistically expressive hotel from 70s but lately rebuilt. The standard economy room clean but needs some renovation. The accommodation includes breakfast buffet (8:00 to 10:00) offering cold & hot items, You can purchase half board/dinner for 160 CZK – soup, main dish and dessert or you can choose from the menu. But when hotel full you can wait to refill the the food as just one waitress who is also receptionist take care of the breakfast room. Mind that dinner is served/cooked from 18:00 to 20:00 which is the standard for Mala Moravka and Karlov. Just few restaurants cook till 21:00. WIFI worked well in the room as weel as in the restaurant. Here is a pool with woody beads to laze on sunny weather. Around 200 meters from the hotel there is a bus stop for buses to Karlova Studanka, parking Hvezda or...

Don't be fooled by the web page. It makes it seem much nicer than it is. For the price I felt I should have been receiving about a 3 star hotel but this was much worse. There was mold in the shower. The food was typical for a kids summer camp (disgusting). The pool table and mini golf are in terrible condition. The pool was nic moc but i guess it is ok when you have small kids with you. A pension in Karluv Studanka is a much better option. Keep in mind that this review was based off a Summer holiday. I suppose the food and attractions could be very different if you are going for a skiing holiday. All the same though, mold in the shower is...

Dala bych jednu hvězdu za místo, ale jinak asi nic… Jo a kytičky na balkonech vypadají opečovávané. Od září zde chtějí dělat retro zájezdy… v tomto duchu by se jim mohlo dařit, jelikož všechny nedostatky hotelu mohou na to svést. Popravdě si tam připadáte, jako byste se ocitli v minulosti. Pokoje maličké, sotva se projdete, ale to by se asi vše dalo. Největším problémem je ale personál, který není zrovna přátelský - kromě jedno číšníka a pana kuchaře. Jídlo bylo ve velmi úsporném režimu - na 100 lidí čtyři mísy salátu, které byly ihned rozebrány, u snídaně jídlo nedpňováno, rozbitý přístroj na pití (náhradní řešení nedokázali vymyslet - stačil by džbánek), další den rozbitý přístroj na kávu …. večeře dětské porce.

Za mě už nikdy více :-) PS: všimla jsem si, že špatné komentáře jsou nejspíše mazány, takže se nikdo nedoví, do čeho člověk...
