Kopřivná Pradědem — Hotel in okres Bruntál

Jeseniki national reserve is a beautiful place with lots of things to do. Baths and healthy water in Karlova Studanka, walking the Bila Opava trail or seeing Resovskie Vodopady (Resov Waterfalls) are the highlights of the trip, but there are also plenty of other tracks for trekkers and bikers. ||Hotel is situated in Mala Moravka, just 5 minutes drive from Karlova Studanka and a good starting point for exploring Jeseniki. It's new, nicely decorated and clean. Beautiful views from the windows. We had a 4 persons room (2 adults and 1 child) and perhaps for 4 people it would have been a bit small, but for the 3 of us it was perfect. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool with plenty of sunbeds. Wifi works (not too fast though). Breakfast choices pretty standard, but adequate. Small playground for kids. There's also playroom with toys inside, but it looked like it hasn't been cleaned for some time so we didn't use it.||On the downside: ||1) Breakfast is not well organized, the tables are relatively small and standing at a wall, which means crowd all the time. Moving them to the middle of the restaurant would resolve the problem.||2) We booked for 3 people, but only got 2 towels, 2 soaps and so on. Sorry, a child is a guest too! This area for skiing is very nice, but the staff was extremely rude when we asked if we may pay with benefit card. My wife and I tried to speak with them normally but they were very upset at the fact we even asked if they accept benefit card payment for skiing. Also the price is a bit insane and it was the last few days of the season and already raining when we got there. They didn't want to give a discount to us, but were rude about us wanting to pay with the benefit card. We said okay we don't need a discount, we will just pay with the benefit card. The lady said we should be a guest at the hotel to use our benefit card on skiing, but she did accept it in a rude manner. Then after 1 hour of skiing it started pouring down raining and we couldn't ski any longer. If I were to come here again, the service and staff would have to act like normal people and not treat me like they don't need or want my money. They should be doing whatever it takes to get me and my wife to want to spend money at their resort rather than pushing people away. They are a resort and should be offering good service for...

Pokój czysty, ładnie urządzony, obsługa miła. Mimo sporej ilości gości z Polski w restauracji brak polskiego menu, chociaż karta informacyjna o hotelu w pokoju jest dostępna również w języku polskim. Trudno zrozumieć co jest oferowane w karcie menu. Obsługa restauracji nie potrafi przedstawić poszczególnych dań ani po angielsku ani po polsku. Chociaż czeski jest trochę podobny do polskiego to w przypadku słownictwa związanego z jedzeniem całkowicie niezrozumiały. Brak w karcie coś tak oczywistego dla Polaków jak surówka. Jedyne co można uświadczyć to sałaty różnego typu wymieszane ze sobą na dodatek bez żadnego sosu czy oleju. Niezjadliwa tragedia. Makaronu nie polecam więcej rukoli i suszonych pomidorów niż makaronu. W rosole również makaronu jak na lekarstwo, wydaje się, że surowe warzywa pokrojone w paseczki zostały do niego wrzucone dopiero na talerzu, smakowały jak surowe lekko ogrzane ciepłem rosołu. Jedyne co zjadliwe to smażony ser, kotlety panierowane z kurczaka i dobre frytki. Za to śniadania w postaci szwedzkiego stołu OK, różnorodność duża każdy powinien znaleźć coś dla siebie w tym ciasto i owoce, soki, jogurt. Wędliny i drobiowe i wieprzowe kiełbaski nie tak dobre jak w Polsce ale OK. Trzeba się przyzwyczaić do pieczywa z kminkiem ja osobiście nie lubię tej przyprawy. W czasie intensywnych opadów śniegu obsługa hotelu niezbyt interesuje się parkingami. Z powodu bardzo stromego podjazdu górny parking praktycznie by wyłączony z użytku. Widziałem kilka samochodów, które po wielu próbach wjechania rezygnowały z podjazdu, a dolny parking cały zajęty. Nie było to chwilowe zjawisko bo podjazdu nie odśnieżono ani nie posypano przez 4 kolejne dni. Za to fajny zewnętrzny basen około 1,3 m głębokości z podgrzewana wodą (wejście odpłatne 100Kć/dzień). Można się pokąpać w zimie kiedy dookoła pełno śniegu z widokiem na stok i jeżdżących narciarzy. Za to pobliski stok zawsze super przygotowany nawet jak jest mało narciarzy bardzo nowoczesny chociaż w sezonie 2017/2018 najdroższy w całych czeskich Jasenikach. Na dodatek nie ma żadnych biletów rodzinnych. Przynajmniej goście hotelowi na dziennej jeździe mają 10% zniżki na karnety. Ośrodek bardzo dobry dla narciarzy. Z racji położenia hotelu wzdłuż stoku spod hotelu można dojechać do wyciągu i po zakończonej jeździe dojechać na nartach pod samą narciarnię...
