We really enjoyed the complex. We were in Pardubice on business, and it only took about 10 minutes by car to get there.
The property has a swimming pool with sun loungers — a great place to relax. Breakfast was tasty, buffet style, and all five of us were very satisfied.
The rooms are clean and spacious, with all necessary toiletries provided. A nice bonus is the kettle and coffee machine in the room. In summer, the air conditioning is a big advantage.
The hotel also has a billiard table and a PlayStation 4, so we had a great time together as a group.
What we didn’t like was that we were not informed about the fact that the prices shown on Instagram for the daily menu are valid only at lunchtime. We were told that only the soup was left — on Instagram it was shown as 40 CZK, but on the bill it was 90 CZK. It wasn’t even listed in the menu. Only after we asked were we told that the lower price applies at lunchtime. We would have ordered it anyway, but from the staff’s side it was unprofessional not to inform us. At the very least, please indicate the time of the menu on Instagram!
Also, there were no disposable slippers for the swimming pool. Since we often stay at places with a pool, we are used to having them provided. Some of us had to go to the pool in sneakers, which was quite inconvenient.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay. If we come to Pardubice again, we would definitely stay...
Read moreIt must have been a posh restaurant earlier, the construction and decoration reflect the old good times. Five waiters at the tab also evoke the air of luxury, but the initial waiting times, reaction to the queries/ questions related to the food, utensils on the table - all that indicates, the good times passed some time ago and the opulent architecture of the "enterpreneur baroque era" is no longer met by the first class services. Food is comparable to the Prague City centre or an acclaimed mountain resort - not bad, but do not search "value for money". I am glad I tried, I am glad I do not have to...
Read moreThe place is absolutely lovely. We spent only one night but wished we spent more. It is quiet and has great amenities - especially for a family. We stayed in the family apartment, which was great for our family (kids age 11 & 5). There are great little bungalows on the property that would be great for couples. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff very friendly. We had a large lunch with a group of extended family and the food was absolutely delicious - very classic Czech cuisine. I look forward...
