Garden Hotel Mezná — Hotel in okres Děčín

The worse experience ever! ||||I travel from big city to middle of garden hotel and paid extra money to be in nature and enjoy the view, but what i got was horrible!||||Its in middle of nowhere so I had no chance than stay!||||We paid extra for double room as 110€ per night but we received a budget room which is half the price! ||The room looks like a jail with a small window in roof!!!||||I complained but the receptions don't understand any English! Any singel word!||How can it be a 4 star hotel! That much cheater, disrespectful!||We did receive any room service any refreshment any cleanness but they did not clean!||They are so rude and nasty!||I never visit...

Hotel staff service is incompetent and their lack of language skills leads to problems. Forget any kind of advice, they've got no knowledge of surroundings. The rooms are good. The food is okay at best, it lacks basic seasoning or spices, small portions and that's only when you look the other way from all the dead flies trapped in their ceiling lights.

We woke up to the news that they've mistaken our reservation request and we don't have a place to stay for another night and had to lose time during our holiday to look for alternatives and move.

In total how this hotel has 4 stars is beyond me. At best it would be rated 3. Never...

The Hotel and it's rooms appear quite new. We stayed for one night for a quick weekend getaway and were hiking in the area. The area is great and you have a nice view from the windows/balcony. They have a big parking spot, but the entrance way is a little bit hidden. Unfortunately the Spa was already booked out, so no review possible on that. But the breakfast was good and you had a various selection of warm food, sausage and cheeses, fresh fruit, cornflakes etc. Don't expect too much, but you will get everything you could need.
