Prestige Tennis Park — Hotel in okres Frýdek-Místek

This is an unusual hotel, set in a tennis club. it has excellent amenities, tennis courts, tennis coaches, great restaurant with little play area for children, spotless facilities and outstanding staff. Wifi is free and worked consistently well and at good speed in all areas.||||The complex is situated in the park, by the river and short enough walk to the town or a little further by the river to the large shopping centre. We walked to both the bus and train stations. It offers a number of on-suite rooms and some larger apartments, all good value for the service and quality. ||||We stayed two nights and ate in the restaurant both evenings. We got good advice on the menu, the food was excellent and also good advice on choosing a lovely bottle of red wine. ||||The rooms are nicely decorated, good big bathroom and shower, good water pressure, nice size fridge in the room, ample storage space for bags and clothes, big flat screen TV, complementary water, olives and breadsticks. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Room is spotlessly clean. The window is a Velux (roof window) that looks up at the trees in the park. The walls are a little thin, in that you can hear people in the room next door. It was not a major point.||||All of the staff were supper, particularly Andrew, who spoke excellent english. He could not have been more helpful or informative, giving advice on the area, tourist attractions, directions, ticket booking, transport etc. ||||Would rate the Prestige Tennis Park very highly and would certainly...

Reaction had come 4days later,the same day I needed room.Pension is nice,but under roof, it is too hot in summer,no air condition (and the price is around 1200czk/night).Restaurant with very Moravian pizza is ok and young lady there is nice and cute...

Chtěli jsme s partnerem vyzkoušet wellness...měl to být romantický balíček k nasemu vyroci... (inzerovane šampaňské..květy.. svíčky.. aranzma)..jenže paní na nás zapomněla/nezapsala/někde nastala chyba. Takže jsme přišli všude tma..sauna na 25°C, vyrivka vlažná spíš teplá. Po telefonátu chlapce z obsluhy nám nabídli vrácení peněz, nebo že to onen chlapec dochysta.. což by bylo fain, ale než by se nahřála sauna na kterou jsme se nejvíc těšili..navíc onen aha moment překvapení už nebyl.
