All super wrong since the very first minute.Check in - you need to check in through a terminal located at a corner of a dark bar, 3 waitresses looking at you, as yuo are struggling to fill it in....not very helpful ......authorisation for a payment for the room requested ,though the room was already pre- payed for, as the staff confirmed after being told...another authorisation for " a possible damage " fee of 2000 requested to be authorised ..... we got shoe box size room, which was about 10 meters smaller, then what was advertised and had 2 beds less and had a toilet located right in the room in the " glass cabinet" with shabby curtain closable only from outside....romantic? not!....well, staff changed the room once we complained... we booked 2 hours massage at the luxorious spa...to learn at the time of the booking, that our reservation does not exist...and staff told us, we probably never booked.... the psa, which there is an extra charge of 1400czk/ person is so filthy, that I would not even bath my dog in that whirpool - look at the pictures... and when we complained about that all, we were told, that we are the only complaining guest and our behaviour is not acceptable....by a waiter with 2 huge disgusting oil stains on his wanna be chic tie...LOL. This place is an utter catastrophy and our spoiled weekend can't be made up for with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco...sorry guys....

First of all, a big thank you to all the hotel staff. If there's one thing I'm absolutely certain about, it's how helpful and dedicated the team was in ensuring we had a satisfying stay. We stayed at the Pytloun Hotel with our dog, and overall, we truly enjoyed our experience. The location is fantastic, especially for those who love hiking. The hotel offered a variety of breakfast options in an open buffet, which was generally quite sufficient. I have no complaints about breakfast. Dinner was also enjoyable, though the quality varied slightly from day to day. While we didn't have any bad experiences, some dishes lacked flavor, whereas others (especially the Mediterranean options) were delightful. Special mention goes to their pasta dishes, pizzas, and our first dessert, the strudel -it was truly delicious. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the room's cleaning and the unusual bed setup. The bed had a sharp angle at the head, where the wall behind it sloped toward the bed. Also the bed had 2 mattresses on a double bed. Overall, the price was fair for what the hotel offered-not exceptionally high or low, but reasonable for a comfortable stay in a nice location.

We received a warm welcome, especially from Ms. Kamila, who made sure we felt right at home and knew everything about the hotel amenities. The food was really tasty! The combination of Czech and Mediterranean cuisine works surprisingly well. Big shout-out to the tall waiter—sorry we didn’t catch your name! What I personally loved was the great lobby with fire place, super comfy couches and really cosy climate. If there’s one thing we’d do differently next time: if you enjoy a lot of sunlight in your room, consider booking one with a balcony. We had a room with just a window, and while the room itself was spacious (with a separate bathroom and toilet), the window was a bit small. The hotel is beautifully located with stunning views. If you’re looking to recharge, go for a walk and enjoy the forests and mountains in peaceful surroundings—this is a great place for it! I was so caught up enjoying the stay that the only photo I took is one where the hotel can be seen from Čertova hora. 😁 Hopefully We’ll be able to visit you again. 😍

My friend and I came just for one night, a ladies' getaway. Overall, I loved the place, the interiors were lovely with lots of wood and glass, perfect for the mountain environment. Although we booked a room that reportedly had twin beds, we were only given the option of a queen bed with a couch-bed, meaning that one of us had to suffer. I find it's always a challenge to find a place for 2 people who don't want to sleep together, but don't want to take separate rooms. For that reason I would say this place is great if you are with a family or a couple. The bathrooms, while lovely, were quite small, and there isn't a lot of space to store your things there. As older women, the wellness area was too small and too full of kids and groups of younger people with Jagermeister bottles ready to party, for us to really enjoy it. It just wasn't very peaceful. There is the option to rent the private sauna and Jacuzzi on the 6th, which we probably should have done. But if you want a wellness area for the pool, I wouldn't recommend it; the pool is really too small if you really want to swim. I should point out that we went one of the last weekends of summer before school started, which might be why it was so crowded with kids. That said, the service was phenomenal. I really had a sense that the hotel staff was a well-oiled machine. They were friendly and very helpful, and they all jumped in to help each other if there was a problem. For example, I could see that they were working hard to ensure that the breakfast was fully stocked at all times. I came up to ask one of the staff for a sharp knife and another colleague who was listening just went and grabbed one for me. I also found that the food was really good and great...

The staff went above and beyond to make our experience in Pytloun memorable and best ever. They were attentive without being intrusive. Our waiter Peter and Patrik were extremely knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. We felt well taken care of. The service was impeccable. Our glasses were never empty, and the food arrived promptly - the MUST mention thing is the Pizza… it was the best one I had in years - this is biggest compliment I given to chef for food! HE IS THE LEGEND IN LEAGUE OF HIS OWN (forget the Michelin guide - he deserves a Nobel Price!!!) you are all credit to company as well as incredible Tomáš who trully impressed me the most - if I still had hotels I would head hunt him and do anything to steal him (he is not one in million but One and Only as well as my favourite hotel group) also Dorin was very helpful! the boys made me feel like queen that I am the only customer that matter in the whole world even when super busy. We are loving our stay so so so much. Huge thank you All team Pytloun! Must have something to do with Management - good manager manages and leads people to grove and succeed, bad manager leads them to run out of the door. This place is simply fabulous and the decor is insanely classy and stunning. Thank you all and can’t wait to see you soon again. You should be proud of yourself you are Star quality people and fabulously representing such great hours Pytloun, trully dedicated people and credit to a company.
