Slow and breaking.||||The combination of lack of air conditioning and a noisy main road just outside your windows makes it barely bearable. When it is hot you can either||- Open windows and suffer noises of the road (it's busy even after midnight and every occasional ambulance or a truck will wake you up)||- Close the windows (which will not negate all the noise anyway) and resolve to a fan (provided). ||||Other than that everything is quite ok, clean, sufficient space, shower.||The parking is not hotel guest exclusive and yoy get the key at the restaurant (which might be closed in which case you need to go to hotel jicin 5 minute walk away, but this was not specified in the...
Read moreWe've stayed in this Hotel for three nights as part of cycling trip. Hotel Rieger is close to the town square and the shops in the neighbourhood. It's located above a nice Pizzeria (that also serves all kinds of non-Italian food) and has it's own small parking lot at the back. We were in a simple room on the road side, but the room was clean and comfortable. However, if you're sensite to noise from outside it's best to request a room on the other side. Also our room had no AC, but a fan that did a good job nonetheless. Read moreThe (english speaking) staff is very friendly. ||The breakfast is served in another hotel, 5 minutes walk from Hotel Rieger; it's a good breakfast and worth the walk. ||We stayed here for 4 days and enjoyed it. ||The hotel looks clean but the cleaning lady should give more attentions to details, such as linnen without stains and emptying the trashcan completely - but overal it seems clean, fresh and well maintained. ||The rooms on the front have too much noice during the night to sleep with an open window, but there's a fan in the room to circulate the air if needed....
