I'll keep it short because actually the review of this Hotel restaurant is a waste of time ... but I'd like to warn you about the insulting and o organized gang.

Provided that we feel very much at home in the Czech Republic and that we always feel very hospitable. The Czech Republic and the Czech people are truly fantastic people and a beautiful country. And yes, just like the Dutch except for a few ... and that is what we are talking about.

Because really at this restaurant is nothing but nothing positive to call ... Yes, the location is magnificent. The town of Telč is wonderful and wonderful to walk around and visit. And undoubtedly to enjoy a lunch or dinner with all the good qualities.

But back to the restaurant. the service is bad and ill-mannered. The waiter stinks of sweet. The waiting time is more than an hour, for some customers even an hour and a half. And the food is very salty and therefore tasteless. Cold fries were served with us. And it is way too expensive for what you get. The communication is normal bad ... every time you get food in five minutes ... 10x5 = 50 minutes ... All tourists including the Czech tourists were put in the queue. It was really bullying tourists and they succeeded.

So be warned don't go here ... don't and especially choose another restaurant to eat.

Budu to krátký, protože ve skutečnosti je přezkum této hotelové restaurace ztráta času ... ale rád bych vás varoval před urážkou a organizovaným gangem.

Pokud se v České republice cítíme velmi dobře a že se vždy cítíme velmi pohostinní. Česká republika a Češi jsou opravdu fantastickí lidé a krásná země. A ano, stejně jako Holanďané, až na pár ... a o tom mluvíme.

Protože ve skutečnosti v této restauraci není nic jiného než nic pozitivního, abych zavolal ... Ano, místo je nádherné. Telč je nádherné a nádherné procházky a návštěvy. A nepochybně si užijte oběd nebo večeři se všemi dobrými vlastnostmi.

Ale zpět do restaurace. služba je špatná a špatná. Číšník smrdí sladce. Čekací doba je více než hodinu, u některých zákazníků dokonce hodinu a půl. A jídlo je velmi slané, a tedy bez chuti. S námi byly podávány studené hranolky. A je to příliš drahé na to, co dostanete. Komunikace je normální špatné ... pokaždé, když dostanete jídlo za pět minut ... 10x5 = 50 minut ... Všichni turisté včetně českých turistů byli zařazeni do fronty. Bylo to opravdu šikanování turistů a oni uspěli.

Pozor, nechoďte sem ... ne a hlavně si vyberte jinou restauraci k jídlu.

Well. I am originally from Prague and while traveling around the country with my American husband, I have booked this hotel via US booking website. I read the reviews, but hoped for the best since the hotel is located right in the city center of historic UNESCO Telc which is a truly beautiful place. Once we entered the hotel, we found nobody at the front desk. We rang the bell for about 10 mins. First the waitress came around, which did not speak English nor Czech. Then another man came around who also did not help and was keep yelling for the boss. The boss/manager appeared. I try usually speak English so my husband can help and understand but this mean was completely ignoring me and barely was even responding to me in Czech. He informed us that we booked basic hotel room and if we want shower and breakfast, we have to pay extra. I have quickly checked this information and price on the booking website. The price was cheap so we agreed to this as we were tired after long drive. The manager told us that he is giving us superior VIP room with views of the square. Ok, room was nice and clean although dated. No Wi-Fi in the room, only outside and in the common areas, which was very annoying. Shower was ok as well and luckily worked fine. The breakfast spread in the morning was definitely not fresh The manager told us to have dinner at the restaurant which we did not, per the negative reviews. There are better places to eat in Telc! Overall, our stay was ok but the manager was giving me weird vibes, especially as he was keep reminding us that he did us a solid and gave us better room! The hotel was empty, so honestly they should be happy that anybody even stay there given 90% of the reviews are very negative. The location of the hotel is superb, but the staff doesn't seem to care and is overall rude and...

By far, the front desk clerk/waiter (Rudy?) running this hotel is the rudest, least helpful staff person I have encountered in all my years of travel.Unfortunately, I speak few words of Czech so I immediately had a problem when trying to check in-he apparently speaks no English. His response to my attempt to check in was to yell at me in Czech to "get the boss" (several times) meaning our tour leader, who spoke some Czech. He did this twice to me. We later found out he did speak some English. He spoke in this same rude and loud fashion to 2 of the women in our group. Obviously he was having a very bad day. The hotel itself is about a 1-2 star. Some of our rooms were not ready at 4 pm. It was clear the 1 housekeeper was trying her best to get the place ready but she could have benefited from help. She seemed quite sorry to tell me that no, I could not have a hairdryer or an extra pillow. Even though she did not speak English, she was able to communicate this kindly and with regret, and offered us extra towels. The shower in our room did not drain and one of our group members had a flood because of this. Some of our group had no soap or shampoo and some rooms were not well cleaned-garbage was left in the cans from other guests and some had poor quality tap water. ||On the plus side, our beds were clean and our room has a nice view on the back garden. It was quiet at night. But I can't...
