On the positive side : Great location, a 5 minutes walk from the historic centre Spacious rooms On the negative side : A reception that is pretty far away from the accommodation A receptionist that gives you no details about the accommodation whatsoever The reception did not bother to open earlier on the day of the congress Even though breakfast is included in the price, it is served at a different place across the street. The receptionist did not find it important enough to tell us so till we asked later during the day Very basic room furniture No place for the shower head. You have to shower with one hand while holding the shower with the other. Very uncomfortable! The Toilet is built too high into the wall. With my 180 cms I was barely touching the floor with my toe tips while using it! No light around the courtyard. Getting to the accommodation services at night is very dangerous, mainly with all of the reconstruction taking place. No restaurant! While the conference room is big, the acoustics are very bad, hard to hear what is being said unless you are sitting in the front No way to dim the lights in the conference room, either it is all on or off, so either you see the presentations or write down your notes No blinders in the conference room so you get soaking with sweat in the afternoon sitting in the direct sun Not enough space for exhibitors and for refreshments so it is fighting for a tiny space...

Pansky dvur Telc is an incredibly tastefully and carefully refurbished old farm house complex. It was turned into a modern sports and entertainment facility with a nice restaurant and a more functional guest house. Our kids loved the indoor playground and the climbing hall. Unfortunately, they couldn’t yet try out the high ropes course which looked really nice, too, but can be used only at body height 150cm. You can also rent out ebikes but not for kids. I would have given five stars if it wasn’t for some staff members explicit rudeness at the reception and in the restaurant which overshadowed our stay. Telč is truly amazing and wonderful historic town, and as a counter pole this place is progressive, modern and sophisticated gem 💎. We loved the accommodation, location and all the intelligent ideas they are realising here. Not a small town devil may care attitude, but looking into the future and past at once! Can not recommend it more highly. Not too many places in Czechia have moved to this decade nor millennium, but this place certainly has!
