Hotel St. Anna — Hotel in okres Karlovy Vary

We have stayed in Hotel St. Anna for extended weekend in February 2017. The hotel is located right at tip of the Neklid/Bozi Dar ski resort, basically 2 minutes walking distance from the lift...the slope in Bozi dar is very easy and great for beginners but for more challenge, you want to go to Neklid which is on the other side of the mountain. You buy one ticket for both so you can choose...There is a bus going every hour to ski resort Klinovec which offers almost 20km of ski slopes...the bus stop is right in front of the hotel so very convenient if you dont want to drive. There are also many tracks for cross country skiing in Bozi dar so this place offers a lot for every kind of winter sport. ||||The hotel as such is very cozy, nicely decorated and has a very warm feeling to it...the staff is very friendly and helpful...they can advise on many things to do around Bozi dar if you are not only up for skiing. Rooms are clean with very clean bathrooms, maintained every day. Food at the restaurant was really good and very reasonably priced (5-10USD), try the roasted duck, czech special you just need to try! Breakfast is included and served buffet style, everything fresh and tasty. ||||We can recommend this place, it has many perks due to the location which offers slopes for beginners but also for more advanced skiers. We will come again in summer because this place is for sure great to discover...

While vacationing in Bozi Dar Czech Republic we stopped for beer and wine at this restaurant. We only had drinks but the food for other diners looked good. Four of us and we had two beers and two wines. The beer was excellent as it was Pilsner Urquel which is the best beer in Czech and one of the best in the world. The ladies liked their wine also. Hotel St. Anna is een prima hotel voor een hele aardige prijs (in 2012 betaalden wij € 100 per nacht voor een uitstekende familiekamer voor vier personen; inclusief een eenvoudig ontbijt). Het hotel ligt aan de rand van het aardige stadje Bozi Dar, pal over de grens van Tsjechië. Het hotel heeft beperkte parkeerruimte. De familiekamers op de bovenverdieping zijn werkelijk uitstekend. Netjes, prima bedden, goed sanitair (wel oppassen dat je niet te laat gaat douchen, anders kan het warme water op zijn). Deze kamers bestaan uit twee verdiepingen en zijn daardoor ideaal voor gezinnen met jonge tot wat oudere kinderen (hele kleintjes misschien weer wat minder door de vrij steile trap). Het hotel beschikt over WiFi, al wordt dit erg traag als er veel mensen in het hotel zijn. Maar het is wel gratis! Het ontbijt is eenvoudig. Verwacht geen luxe aanbod. Ideaal aan het hotel is de ligging onderaan de skilift van het skigebied Neklid. Met deze lift kun je in principe helemaal door naar dat gebied. Geen auto nodig dus! Bozi Dar zelf is verder een aardig plaatsje met veel restaurants waar je je uitstekend een weekje kunt vermaken! Ook de omgeving is de moeite waard. Ga bijvoorbeeld ook eens naar Karlovy Vary. Een bijzondere mooie plaats waar je goed kunt winkelen. En maar hooguit een half uurtje...
