Pivovar Červený Vlk — Restaurant in okres Karlovy Vary

Amazing, brutal, it beats 95% of the restaurants in Prague. o definitely got in love with this place. The beer selection (from its own micro brewery) is delicious, and interesting. I highly recommend it, they have a degustation option (5 little jars (100ml) with the 5 beers they produce, very tasty all of them). And what to say about the food... You wouldn't expect this quality and creativity in this little small village, but they also nailed it. Really interesting, delicious and creative "versions" of some very traditional czech meal.Give a try to their version of the famous "svíčková" s brilliant. Although all the meals in the menu are incredible (we were in the village for 3 days an we allways wanted to come back here and try something different). Definitely a 10 in 10, a must if you come to Boží Dar. Or even if not, and you need to do a small detour, it will be worthy. Believers me you won't be...

Disappointment. We planned the weekend with lunch at this place after a long walk, there was no doubts because we’ve been there before and it was good. But my favourite pickled Camembert was disgusting! Too liquid, too sour with some unpleasant aftertaste. To make it clear, I’m a huge fan of pickled Camembert and even if it’s not perfect, I finish it anyway. But it was for the first time I didn’t want to eat it completely. French fries were too dry, hard, and not peeled properly. Two stars are for salad with lentils and beer. P.S. I wanted to mark the place with three stars, but -1 for the lack of paper towels in the toilet room. Hand dryers...

This is an exceptional restaurant/micro brewery. We stayed in Bozi Dar for 4 days and ate here for 2 of them. We would have eaten for a 3rd day but they were fully booked which is no surprise. The setting is great, modern with lot's of light and tasteful wooden tables and benches. Food is really great, nice selection and the beer is just amazing. They have their signature beer Cerveny Vlk which is delicious but the other beers are also great. I even brought a selection home with me.
