Penzion Rokytka — Hotel in okres Liberec

We stayed 6 nights at Pension Rokytka, and this was the best place we stayed in. The village is picturesque and beautiful. It is built around a small stream, within two mountains. The houses and the gardens are well kept, authentic and beautiful. The location is great since you can enjoy an active, outdoor vacation, and still have close access to the city Liberec, with all of the modern facilities. But above all, Peggy and Andre are EXCELLENT hosts, and they do that wholeheartedly and genuinely. Their friendliness and generousity were outstanding, and their advice and tips were very helpful. ||The location of the pension was perfect for us since we have 5 active kids, some teenagers, and we needed outdoor activities for them and us. Just to give you an idea of the diversity of activities that we tried: hikes, mountain slides, geocaching, lasertag, mountain climbing. Peggy and Andre can give you great ideas for different types of vacations.||We stayed in the cottage which was big and comfortable. We arrived for a week vacation with 13 people, from young to old. The old remodeled pension was most suitable for our needs, as it is divided into apartments. One couple stayed in a one bedroom apartment, the 2 bedrooms apartment suited the family with 2 grownup girls, and the third apartment of 3 bedrooms suited the family of 2 adults and 3 children. The other adult couple stayed in a small single room, the least comfortable one, with no toilet or shower in the room.||The hosts, Hana and Thomas' were accommodating and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious and there was a fresh cake each morning. The kitchen was spotless, and it gave a good feeling of tidiness. There is no room cleaning, but the corridors and dining room were kept very clean. The back yard is large and lovely, and there is a Jacuzzi, but it is quite expensive to use.||The pension is situated in a small lovely village, a short distance from the town of Liberec', and we all took trips to the parks and famous sites around this beautiful area. we really enjoyed the weekend in this pension, stayed in small and romantic double room (with really large and comfortable bed, vintage wardrobe and night stands, carved ceiling beams and beatiful windows. even more we liked the very friendly and helpful and sociable hosts, sharing nice garden, bbq place and huge comfortable dinning-living room with their guests. ||but the definite best-off was the cuisine || - breakfest with (not only) warm pastry, homemade jams and homegrown (mint)tea is included in the accommodation (price per person per nite was less than 20 Euro).|| - three course dinner (has to be ordered separately) when I ate probably the best turkey fillet in my life (preceded by salmon with spinach and followed by homemade cake). all this fun cost only 15 Euro in...
