Very attentive and kind staff, both at the reception and bistro. Super tidy and well equipped room and hotel. Rooms for groups to stay when everything else is closed and vending machines for late night urges. Perfect single person rooms with a beautiful view. The bistro food might just be some of the best in town. Though the menu on the website is outdated. There are also more drinks than stated there and you can take them with you. Perfect hotel! Clean rooms and nicely customer service. The rooms are recently restored and the bathroom is in perfect condition. Wir hatten hier zwei Nächte zu den Playoffs in Litomerice gebucht und waren rundum zufrieden.

Die Zimmer sind sauber, die Aussicht wunderschön, rund um das Hotel kann man sich gut vertun. Wandern, Eishockey, Fußball - alles gut erreichbar. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Das Frühstück war wunderbar! Selten so gut und reichhaltig in einem Hotel gefrühstückt.

Großes Highlight für uns als Sportfans war das Eishockeystadion direkt im Hotel (mit internen Zugang) sowie der Fußballplatz direkt am Hotel. Außerdem gibt es wenige Meter entfernt ein Schwimmbad (Indoor und Outdoor), Tennisplätze/Tennisstadion, Laufbahnen usw.

Alles sehr modern und gemütlich.

Bei Ankunft gab es kleine Konflikte (Fahrstuhl war kurz defekt, Zimmerkarte war nicht direkt verfügbar) wurde aber alles sehr schnell und freundlich gelöst. Also dafür...
