Penzion U Kašpara — Hotel in okres Litoměřice

My car was broken , have 2 kids with me , looking for a room to rent just for them , lady was very aggressive, that I booked only 2 beds and not 3 , even if i told her my bad situation, she put me to pay 350 € for one small room , 2 days and breakfast …. Even if I explained that i need only one night and next day I wait a call from auto service to go away , I didn’t find any help … i payed for 2 days including breakfast , but i stayed only one , so , thanks for everything but you will never see me again , and people like this must be stopped to doing tourism…. Room was small , only 2 coffee pads , all the washing solutions was diluted with water, yellow and old towels , floor was dirty , and all the doors have the same code , so the privacy is zero ! I highly recommend to avoid...

If you are a tourist or a bigger group, prepare to be ripped off. It's a place where they tailor the price to what you probably be ok to pay for. So f.i. for a dinner, for that the local would pay 6-7€ I ended up paying 13€, just because I wasn't paying attention or even thinking someone has the insolence to do this. And the receipt then was a total joke. It's just a no name item for 1 CZK counted so many times till it got the required amount to pay, about what I was paying for, there...

Parádní restaurace s ještě lepší obsluhou! Měl jsem jen nějakých 50 minut do odjezdu vlaku, ale za tu dobu se měl ujal pan barman a dokonale mě napojil, nakrmil, předvedl mi show s robotickou barmankou, která mi servírovala pivo - a to všechno s úsměvem a profesionálním vystupováním. Dal jsem si guláš, který byl vynikající, k velkému pivu stihnul ještě malé a necelých deset minut před odjezdem jsem byl na peróně. Restaurace U Kašpara je jen několik minut pěšky od nádraží, takže při příštím přestupu si udělám čas, abych se tu mohl zastavit znovu. Škoda, že nemůžu dát šest hvězdiček.

Awesome restaurant with even better service! I only had some 50 minutes until the train left, but in that time the bartender took over and watered me perfectly, fed me, giving me even a show with a robotic bartender serving me beer - all with a smile and professional demeanor. I had the goulash, which was delicious, managed a small beer to go with the large one, and was at the station less than ten minutes before departure. The restaurant U Kašpara is only a few minutes walk away, so I will make time to stop here again the next time I change trains in Lovosice. Sorry I can't give...
