Customer service at the outside window is absolutely terrible. I wish businesses offering services to people would realize that the customers are not there for them but they are there for the customers. Obviously did not seem like the case at this place. Mom ordered 3 cups of coffee. She was never asked if it is for there or to go. When the lady gave her the first coffee in a porcelain cup, we asked if we can have it in cups to go. Apparently they don’t know how to pour coffee from a one cup to another. We were told no that it was not possible and that we never said it was to go. We’ll first of all, as a service providing place you should ask your customers. Nonetheless, they also could not put the additional 2 cups of coffee into a to go cup and we had to take them all in porcelain cups. The only solution was to PURCHASE (!!!!!!!!) to go cups and pour it over ourselves. You people are a joke. Learn how to provide service to paying customers and then open up a business please. One star only for the cleanliness of the room. I strongly DO NOT recommend either the hotel or the restaurant. The hostess is rude to all the guests, this happens every day, the mood is ruined. Even during breakfast (meager, monotonous), she abuses the guests: she clarifies questions, ridicules unknowing of the Czech language by guests, there is no rest to eat. She allows herself to shout at the guest - she is just an ill-mannered, angry, unpleasant lady. The food in the restaurant is tasteless, everything is greasy, the whole hotel smells of cabbage and garlic from the kitchen. There was a problem with hot water in the room - it was enough for one person to wash, but not for two. Apparently, the boiler is used for hot water and its volume is not enough. You never know how many liters of warm water you have to wash off the soap. No hairdryer, no shower amenities, poor soundproofing (I literally constantly woke up in the morning to the sound of someone peeing from...

My friends and I stopped at this restaurant for a quick bite. Both hosts were so rude and openly annoyed by the fact that none of us could speak Czech. Lady got irritated every time some of us would ask a question about the menu. Food wasn’t great either. I don’t know how you can possibly mess up a deep fried piece of chicken and French fries.
