Penzion - Restaurace Na Mýtě — Hotel in okres Tábor

I spent few nights with my family in the pension and I could hardly choose a better "base" for staying in the South Bohemia. From the first e-mail messages to final check-out, the staff was professional and there were no problems. The room was equipped adequately, with a lot of space for small children, comfortable beds and essential TV programmes selection (without a fridge but you could probably use one in the corridor). We had to use our baby travel cot but that's the family travelling for us:)||||Breakfasts were satisfying enough although the choice was rather basic, but it fully covered the needs of our always hungry kids. As a suggestion for the manager, at least one meal specific for children would be great (sweet cereals etc.). The pension has a large garden with a lawn and small playground for children. Apart from the breakfast, I can not evaluate the restaurant (except for a few evening beers which were good!). The pension is located at the edge of the Sezimovo Usti and the surroundings is quiet as well as for the restaurant garden terrace. Note: reviewing restaurant only||We visited around 7pm to sit down for dinner. The restaurant was half-full and looked fairly pleasant. At first, we were about to turn around and leave since the place apparently only accepts cash, though that's when it suddenly became possible to pay by card, just in a very unpleasant way, as if the restaurant wanted to keep it a secret(?)||||We ordered four standard entrees and some drinks. The food took over 50 minutes to arrive, all the while without a single word from the wait staff. The meal itself was decent, though unmemorable, which makes you question the prices that far exceed the local average. There's no way I would trust this restaurant with a CZK 400 steak without sides, when that's what I pay in a decent steakhouse in Prague for a full meal. ||||This place quite simply is overpriced. Combined with the lackluster service and the weirdness about payment methods, it paints a sad picture.||I'm in no hurry to return here and I frankly believe we wouldn't be welcome after the card...

Жил здесь 10 дней, находясь в служебной командировке, в январе 2015 года. Превосходный отель (пенсион, как они его называют), хороший ресторанчик на первом этаже отеля, где мы с коллегами завтракали и ужинали. Ну, завтрак - как завтрак, ничего особенного. Яичница с ветчиной или без неё, чай или джус. А вот ужин на заказ! Попробовали разные чешские блюда, а в последний вечер -"Вепрово колено". Этого забыть нельзя! Правда доедали его уже утром в аэропорту. Ну и конечно, пиво! Разное. И Будвайзер, и Пилснер, и тёмное, и светлое, и т.п. И ещё - Ягермейстер и Фернет. Кто знает, что это, тот поймёт.||Номера комфортные, но без излишеств. Всё что надо - было. И холодильник, и телевизор (правда российских каналов нет). Санузел заслуживает похвал, всё сделано безупречно, всё функционирует, всё чисто. Внизу, в ресторане, есть туалет - тоже всегда чист и дезодорирован. Вообще, в отеле стоит какой-то специфический запах благовоний, у них там флакончики везде расставлены.||Место тихое, спалось хорошо, вид из окон тоже хороший - природа, ручей, кустарники, деревья, аккуратные соседние дома. В целом, впечатления об этом отельчике остались...
