Widzę tu same pozytywne opinie może jako schronisko ten przybytek jest super opiszę krótką historie na temat obsługi restauracji po trudach zwiedzaniu szklaków na równi pod Śnieżką chcieliśmy się ochłodzić lokalnym Czeskim zimnym piwem a dostałem piwo co w całej Polsce mogę kupić a do ten bezczelny kelner dopisał nam po dodatkowym piwku na szczęście płaciliśmy w Polskich pieniądzach i zanim kelner przeliczył co i jak już nas nie było :) moja rada sprawdzacie rachunek żeby wam nic dodatkowego nie dopisali za to moja ocena tej szulerni wynosi 1 szkoda że nie można dać ujemnych punktów ...

Luční bouda was one of my “must visit” when I am nearby. Unfortunately not anymore, after the last experience I am not going to visit this place.

Rude staff & ordering system. You always have to pay in advance for any order even if you are seated. The system is inconvenient for a follow-up order (such as coffee after a lunch). Seating. One row stays pre-booked for accommodated guests and you cannot sit there even when the restaurant is full and these tables are empty. Price. 180 Czech crowns for a soup (plus pastry) feels surreal. Disappointing food. The dumplings with blueberries were a joke, you could count blueberries inside and outside so the meal was only about the dough. Dog un-friendly/ dog discrimination. Only dog of accommodated guests can entry the restaurant, don’t see a logic in this rule. The hallway is closed for the public. This was my third visit at Luční bouda this year and it was the last ever. Every visit there brought some problem. The quality of the food is very low especially for the prices. Ok, one would say they use lack of competition. But most of the personel was everytime troublesome, made you wait eternity to order or was even unfriendly. My last expirience is when I came totally wet because of a storm and because of the lightnigs outside there was really no choice. Nevertheless I asked if they have a shoe dryer as walking many more miles in wet shoes did not seem a good idea. The waitress said they have none but they could lend me a hairdryer. My spirits rose and I was about to forgive them some low quality service if the guy who was supposed to lend me the hairdryer did not say that he was not going to lend the hair dryer to me as I was not accomodated at Luční bouda. There is no other bouda in a mile or so. It made my terrible expiriende complete I wish you to avoid Luční bouda both for food as well as for...
