Minipivovar Valášek — Hotel in okres Vsetín

I have stayed in Valasek with my wife and 3 daughters (12 &7yrs) this summer while visiting family. The hotel is better known for its great restaurant and their own beer which they make on site. There is only a small number of rooms and as we wanted to stay all together we have been booked into an apartment which consists of a huge living room (which became the girls bedroom) with TV and a large bedroom and incredibly spacious bathroom and toilet. The rooms are finished to a very high and modern standard and we just did not want to leave - it was so nice to stay there. Our apartment was cleaned every day to perfection and we had a chance to meet one of the owners Mrs. Jana who is just wonderful - nothing was a problem! There was breakfast included in the price. Breakfast was great - help your self things and choice of cooked traditional Czech breakfasts too. The price per room is very, very good and we`ll stay here again when visiting family in the future. At the moment the hotel does not accept credit/debit cards so everything has to be paid in cash which is not a problem given how close are several cash machines.I highly recommend this small but...

I chose this on the recommendation of a local and a friend who stayed previously having had a bad encounter in a hotel in the centre.|It's a 10minute walk from the centre and on the other side (only just) of the town.|Anyway, I wasnt disappointed with my o e night stay, check in took a few minutes and I was given room 5.|A lovely room looking over a small river, trees and parking area at the back.|It came with a king size bed, towels, complimentary water and toiletries.|It was spacious with plenty wardrobe space and very clean. The bed was very comfy and I slept very well.|Small TV with no English channels, not a complaint just an observation.|Just a 3 minute walk and you are over the bridge and in the main town area, with its few bars and shops.|The staff were pleasant and friendly even when I snapped my key card and they needed to authorise another and contact the owner I think.|Theres a bar area and small restaurant |Breakfast was included and was fabulous continental and also I chose eggs and ham. Plenty of bread to go around too.|My only issue was there is no safe.|What can I say, a great hotel and I fully recommend it.|I'll be back on...

Chcete zažít co jste stoprocentně od komančů v naší gastronomii nezažili? Tak to musíte sem. Čtyři na smrt vyžíznivělí a hladoví cyklisti si sem zajdou na pivko a nějaký oběd. Ke čtyřem hotovkám označených v lejstru jako "menýčka" v průměrné ceně 140 Kč za menýčko, kterým obsluha z poloviny zapomene vyměnit smažené hranolky za rýži, Vám donesou talířek s příborem který obsahuje pouze jeden papírový ubrousek! Zároveň Vám přinesou pět polévek které i přesto, že je počet osob u stolu jasně vidět se Vám servírka snaží vnutit a argumentuje že jsme objednali 5 porcí jídel, načež Vám vyjmenuje pouze čtyři a na to páté si ne a ne vzpomenout. A jídlo samotné? Byl to nejhorší gastronomický zážitek za posledních 30 let! Kuřecí nudličky se zeleninou si totiž "pán šéfkuchař" představuje tak, že se vezme sklenice leča od Hamé z akce v Kauflandu, a hodí se to prohřát do pánve s nějakýma kostkama kuřecího (asi pěti kostkama abych byl přesný) a nasypou se k tomu hranolky, které stejně nikdo nechtěl ale rýže asi došla... Nakonec ale musím konstatovat, že právě ty hranolky bylo to jediné co se dalo sníst a aspoň to nedělají na vyjetým motoráku. Nakonec se ale musím přiznat, že se to snědlo celý protože "hlad je svině" , a "když máš hlad nejsi to Ty". Následný dialog se servírkou která se divila proč v prkenici musí lovit kdejakou korunu nazpátek, a že ona za nic nemůže že jen kasíruje a že jsme si měli stěžovat kolegyni co nám to přinesla a ne jí, jak je to nefér že si vůbec dovolujeme jí to takhle říkat.... No to by vydalo na jeden sloupek někam do přílohy nedělního humoristického časopisu. Pivko se docela dalo ale po zkušenosti výše, jsme si druhé už neodvážili dát.
