Zámecká Vrátnica — Hotel in okres Zlín

I was here on work trip for 2 nights. I was taken to my room by manager itself, shown all the amenities, give me all the info that I need, perfect. Rooms were nice and clean, furnished cozy and modern, equipped with with amenities like tea, small capsule coffee machine, kettle etc. Even got a little brochure where you got all the information regarding wifi password, and also list of stores, shops, supermarkets, gas stations etc. I especially enjoy the walk-in shower and the bed itself was very comfortable to sleep in. On 2nd night I stop by at the restaurant for dinner, order the chicken and pork steaks with baked baby potatoes and side salad. Had to ask for the spoon bc. that sauce under was a godly experience for me, 10/10, after that I order a dessert "apple pie" but they were not having it at the moment so they give me a desert pictured above, baked by owner's mom with some whipped cream and hot berries under, epic to say the least, free of charge bc of not having the dessert that I order, I mean come on, so nice of them, definitely worth a good tip. Also no problem having your breakfast (continental (ham, cheese, veggies bread, spreads, coffee, juices)) being prepared before "opening" in the little saloon (gotta be at work before breakfast starts). Overall I have a very pleasant experience at this place starting from amazing service, food and room itself. Would definitely recommend to everyone. 15/10...

Nice, quite standard restaurant in the heart of Vizovice. Judging by the amount of people going there, it is one of the best options in the town. Service was a bit overwhelmed by the crowd, but nothing tragical. We had standard luch menu, food was fine, though some more attention to details would help. Breznak 11° on tap. This is one of the most amazing penzion i came across . I requested a gluten-free and lactose-free breakfast, and it was absolutely phenomenal. The staff is incredibly polite, kind, attentive, and always smiling. You can see that they truly love what they do.
