Hotel Bítov — Hotel in okres Znojmo

Quiet hotel in a charming little town. Our visit was for a private week-long event and we found the hotel comfortable but pretty dated. The staff was friendly and accommodating for all of our needs throughout the week. On the ground floor you will find the lobby area and a restaurant. The restaurant was decent and there was a fair selection of beverages to purchase. The lift is very small and may not accommodate multiple people with large amounts of luggage in one trip but it is functional and gets the job done. The rooms are quite spacious, again, dated. There is ample storage space for your belongings and the toilet and shower are separated. Oddly, there wasn’t a shower curtain in my particular room and it took some getting used to in order to not get water every where. The beds were decently comfortable, possibly a little too firm for some. The grounds of the hotel are nice, however, we weren’t able to partake in most of it due to the weather. Plánovali jsme si udělat kratší dovolenou v oblasti Bítov, Vranov. Nakonec jsme zakotvili zde. Hotel z venku působí pěkným dojmem, ale uvnitř je opravdu vše zastaralé a zastavil se zde čas. V pokoji prasklé sklo okna, poničená tapeta za postelí. Celkově je vidět, že nábytek a vybavení má něco za sebou, prostě odslouženo. Ale mají tu velmi moderní dotykové lampičky. Nějak jsem nepochopil proč je v koupelně na baterii perlátor, který se hodí tak maximálně do kuchyňského dřezu. Pevná sprchová je položena velmi nízko, že pomale i já jsem měl problém natož, když by tam byl například můj dvoumetrový spolužák. Odsávání vzduchu v koupelně bylo nefunkční. Snídaně v podobě švédských stolů takový standard. Ale nepochopili jsme fungování zdejší kuchyně. Když jsme šli potřebovali na oběd jeden den, tak nám číšník řekl, že může dát pouze pití. Vařit se bude prý až v 17:00. Personál hotelu je však velmi příjemný a milý. Celkově je tento hotel podprůměrný a to by stačilo udělat i menší rekonstrukci. Avšak hotel takových rozměrů by si zasloužil o dost větší a pečlivější úpravy. Na to, že se jedná o hotel 3* jsme neměli na pokoji klimatizaci.
