We stayed here one night on a cycling holiday in Czech Republic. It was a Sunday evening and we ate in the restaurant in the afternoon. That restuarant/bar shut at 8pm, we were the last customers!, and was closed on Monday. Breakfast therefore consisted of what could be bought at the mini market next door, which opened the following morning at 6am. We did cycle round exploring the area around Bitov and concluded that where we stayed was by far the best location as all the other penzions etc were out of the way. Read moreFar from the big cities, in another world from the capital (Prague), even though very near to the Austrian border, time seems didn’t notice this village and left it at the pre 2000 era. It’s something between old stuff and true authenticity, all soaked in sadness, and this B&B is not far from this picture. We stayed in an apartment near the main structure, large and cleaned room, but with an old musty smell. Food is good, we had also dinner here, genuine thing and cheap price.
