I was a bit apprehensive about planning a holiday at a remote resort in Czech, because I am an English-only speaker. However, the trip was absolutely fantastic. My husband and I (gay couple) brought our two six year old boys, and loved it so much, we plan to go back. The resort is family run: and it exudes all of the pride of a family who built it from the ground up. The buildings themselves may be the most fascinating part. It's a combination of rustic and modern, perfectly blended. The kids rode horses, played tennis and ping pong, enjoyed the caffeteria and excellent home cooked food. The resort is close to some nice sightseeing, and the countryside is beautiful. Finally, as for my fears of not being able to communicate: two of the owner's children (one adult one teen) spoke fluent English. Read moreWe(3 families) spent 5 nights in this lovely hotel.We enjoyed every day and every little moment there from the very first second.||The hotel is situated on the hill,at the end of the village which is basically the entrance to the National Park.||The rooms are spacious and equipped with unique handcrafted furniture.Breakfast is served in the small house next to the main building.It is actually also the place where you can spend a nice evening drinking the local wine available in the fridge.||Family members are also the horses which are there and you can book a ride.||There are also 2 chalets you can stay in if you do not want to be in the hotel.||You can enjoy playing tennis there as well.We couldn't due to the lack of time.||There is also nice storage for the bicycles.||Staff is very nice and helpful and we had difficulties to leave.I miss this place much.||I would...
