We were unfortunate to arrive at very bad time - hotel restaurant was hosting dinner for two full autobuses of Austrian seniors. As the hotel is not having full-time reception, restaurant staff is securing both restaurant and reception related services.This meant that it took the service about 15 minutes just to have somebody talk to us and next few minutes to get our keys. Nobody asked us for IDs, or details, we just received key and were told that our room is on second floor.||||After fighting our way through the narrow corridor which was full of "make shift"/improvised tables for Austrian tourists - we had to ask them to stand to let us through, we came to the room. It was simple, but really cozy. However it would benefit from visit of vacuum cleaner and bath room was not the cleanest I saw so far, however nothing too terrible. Also TV was not working and as there is no phone to connect with staff, I had to figure out what is wrong - which took me couple of minutes. ||||We wanted to go to the dinner, however we had to wait about 2 hours, as per advice of waitress/receptionist who handed in the keys, restaurant will be "full house" until that time. Summary of our dinner is in separate review on the TripAdvisor profile of the restaurant itself. ||||What really let me down was breakfast. We were told that it begins at 8 am - which was totally OK for us. We came down at 8:30, however the buffet was already empty - no eggs, no salami or other meat products were left there. Just jam, couple of slices of bread and milk with sweet "Cheetos" and oat meal. Service was having good talk with customers, instead of replacing missing items on the buffet. After I asked for some mixed eggs, I got them after about 10 minutes of waiting, which is once again OK, however if you will read my full restaurant review, you will see that there is something wrong about approach of the waitresses there. :)||||Nevertheless, if the service issues are just due to the "occasion" - huge influx of Austrian tourists, the place could be a decent to stay.. Read moreI recently stayed at the hotel and wanted to share my feedback. Firstly, there was some confusion regarding payment options. We were not informed that we could only pay when the manager was available which is 11am, and instead, we were repeatedly contacted about payment even though we had already spoken to the waitress in the morning because there were no receptionist there. Communication was a challenge as the staff had difficulty with English, and we had to leave after breakfast, which is 8am to 10am and she tried to resolve the problem by telling us so we can deal with the payment when we are checking out the next day. But that was not told to the manager who tried call us repeatedly to nag us to come and pay because she wanted to leave early at 7 o clock despite the service saying the reception is open until 11 o clock.
Additionally, the spa facility required an extra reservation and payment, but this information was not clearly stated on the website or communicated to us at the hotel. It would be helpful if this policy was more prominently displayed.
While the employee tried to compensate for the issues by offering an additional alcohol bottle, it was not something we desired. I have requested to talk to the boss, but she refused and could not speak English.
The level of service provided to international guests was disappointing. There were no English informational materials available, The service that have been trying to call us was extremely impolite. Even though she tried to solve the problem, she didn’t accept us leaving a bad review. The warm breakfast was cold despite the efforts of the service staff. The room was noisy, and we experienced disturbances from the neighboring room. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the bathroom was subpar, under toilet seat was still yellow everywhere.
I hope this feedback helps the hotel improve its services for future guests, and as long as nothing here is fixed and communication is improved, I don’t recommend to stay in this hotel. because you shouldn’t claim that you are “Spa&Hotel” when it doesn’t...

Spa facility required extra reservation and payment, not mentioned on website. Unwanted compensation, couldn't speak to the boss. Disappointing service for international guests, no English materials. Impolite calls from staff. Cold breakfast, noisy room, dirty bathroom. False claims of room service and language abilities. Inadequate shower curtain, water everywhere. No manner service, deceptive "Hotel & Spa" claim but you have to pay extra just to use the property and when I have required they said we were allowed. So we had complained and they wanted to serve us with alcoholic beverage to the room, but we told them that we don’t drink alcohol so they ended up doing nothing. Poor English accessibility.
