We visited the hotel for two nights and took advantage of the two-room apartment option. The hotel surprises with a large amount of greenery which is primarily located in the area between the two main buildings of the hotel. This area is really very cozy and inviting for summer events. I am not surprised that it was also used for a wedding because this space really has a great atmosphere.
Check-in was quick and hassle free. We were on site with family so even two children. The room itself is not bad but we have some reservations about it. On arrival it was very cold because the heating was not yet working which is not entirely good. The whole apartment was relatively small and there was no space to put our suitcase and overall the bathroom is not quite practical.
If you are looking for quiet accommodation I can't entirely recommend this type of room either. One bedroom is adjacent to the bathroom of the other room and you can really hear everything including the toilet flushing. The double beds definitely deserved at least in one case a better quality mattress which was too soft and was split by two mattresses which is not comfortable.
The TV did not have Netflix which should be standard these days. It also definitely doesn't look good when you walk into a room and there is a cap from some alcohol in the middle of the floor.
Overall, we liked the room proper it had an almost alpine style which we found surprising but didn't mind. Maybe the rooms and everything deserved a little upgrade for 2024.
I commend the ample parking and the nice breakfast which offered relatively ample options.
If you are looking for quality accommodation in this location this is basically the only option and I can recommend the hotel. It is certainly not 100% but the visit was pleasant...
Read moreYo, check it out! I'm not here to rate the hotel, but I gotta rave about this brand spanking new wellness center that just popped up in late August. They've got these Holistic Spa treatments, and let me tell you, Tereza is a straight-up spa goddess!|Now, I'm a total junkie for globetrotting and hitting up hotels with killer breakfasts and spa treatments. But heads up - I've never, ever experienced a treatment this mind-blowing anywhere on the planet. And get this, I didn't even crash at the hotel. Just rolled in for a treatment and some sauna action. I went for the California Wave, and holy smokes, it was out of this world! I'm gonna be riding that relaxation high for the next two months, easy. Oh, and get this - the ladies there were saying Tereza's the top dog in the country for maderotherapy (which, as a dude, I probably won't be test-driving) and skincare. Now, I know skincare's usually a chick thing, but who says a guy can't get in on that action, right? So here's the deal - get your butts over there while it's still fresh. Trust me, before you know it, there'll be lines around the block just to see Tereza. Don't sleep on...
Read moreRestaurant: Way too expensive for what is offered. Let's not even comment about the hostile service from the older man who is a waiter, i suppose.
The room was ok, but it was impossible to watch Netflix on TV in 2024-2025?
Night asian receptionist is not welcoming at all. Being welcoming is an essential part of customer service, and if you are just going to sit there on your phone or pretend to "work" on the computer, don't bother to go to work at all. Stay home. The asian looking receptionist was plain rude, not welcoming at all, no smile and didn't look professional at all.
The Day receptionist instead is a welcoming young lady 👍. Thank you. A smile and politeness all while being professional go a long way in the hospitality industry.
Overall experience: Unimpressed! Good for people with similar mentality as some of the staff! Room was ok but very disappointed with the customer service from the night receptionist and the older man at the restaurant. You not enjoying your work/life is not any...
