Firstly on the positive side|The room had a large smart TV with Netflix, it was clean with good bed incl pillow. WiFi was excellent and good secure parking.|On the not so good side the noise from neighbouring rooms, especially plumbing, was quite bad. The Shower was too open & lack of hot water (one shower only then cold). Heating, incl towel rail, not working until after 10pm and then barely warm (towels wouldn't dry, everything damp). Small room. Very little English spoken despite being advertised. Unfriendly staff, no smiles or greetings on departure, just the question "mini bar?" was asked.|It felt like they were miserly, saving money by not heating, not enough hot water and only 2 teabags provided over 3 nights. when I asked for more milk, they gave me one tiny milk capsule only. Read moreEverything was great. Clean room, nice staff. The bed was really comfortable. Delicious breakfast can be ordered the day before. This place exceeded my expectations. It is further from the city center but taking a bus and a metro can get you to heart of Prague in 30 minutes (sometimes less), and I saw the bus stop from my window, it's just on the other side of the street. We had a large TV with Smart TV and there's a really good Wi-fi connection. We didn't have a car but there's a big parking outside. 2 bus stops away there are plenty of grocery stores - Globus, Kaufland, Tesco. If I'm ever in Prague, I'll definitely...
