Very friendly staff, ranging from reception to waiting staff. Booking through their own site instead of through B...com may be rewarded, we were so at least. Fellow countrymen had been visiting the very same hotel every year for the past few years. Great food both in the Scottish pub situated downstairs, as well as at breakfast. The pub offered a venue for live music and had guests occupying every available table. Quite a first for us, after a long time of covid related measures. Continental breakfast fare (including bacon, eggs, sausages, pancakes, cereals) was accompanied by a wide range of local specialties both savory and sweet, ranging from Skyr to the option of creating your very own smorgasbord with all ingredients available. Pickled herring at breakfast? You may sure try it when you're in Denmark. You'll be surprised it's not that much stranger than the smoked salmon that's also on offer. Various choices of fruit juices are available as well as coffees, teas and dairy products; cappuccino and latte made with oatmeal milk are available too. The only slight glitch seemed to be that the lactose intolerance explicitly mentioned when booking, didn't seem to have reached kitchen and waiting staff quite fully. Yet great...

We arrived at the hotel around 11 PM and were greeted by a very friendly receptionist. We were traveling with two small children, and the hotel was a perfect fit for us, especially for those traveling by car from Germany to Denmark. The price was reasonable, and the hotel itself was exceptionally clean. The modern and beautiful glass entrance added to its appeal.

There was an option to park our car next to the hotel for an additional fee of 200 DKK, but we managed to find a free parking spot a bit further away from the hotel. This was a minor inconvenience, but overall, we were satisfied. We would definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time in 2024.||The room was very small, with even no floor space to comfortably open my suitcase. Additionally, the shower had unclean curtains instead of a conventional shower enclosure, which was not very hygienic. The sink was also very tiny, making it inconvenient to wash my face and brush my teeth comfortably.||I also encountered some electrical concerns in the room. There were insufficient power outlets, and I could hear the sound of electrical equipment throughout the night, which raised concerns about potential electrical faults.||Lastly, the air conditioning was blowing directly onto the bed, which was uncomfortable. Some of the buttons on the air conditioning unit were also broken, making it impossible to adjust the airflow.||This review is for a...
