Huset B&B — Hotel in Billund Municipality

This B&B was more like a small hotel than a B&B. I was missing personal service. My room was small, and windows at floor level. So feeling like a cellar room.||||Breakfast was not provided - you have to book in advance. First time in the huge number of B&Bs I stayed in. So no booking - no cooked breakfast. ||Breakfast room is more like kitchen, was used by other guests for cooking of dinner, so everything smelled of cooked food, even my room.||||And last - everywhere there are notices of Does and Don'ts. I do not know how other guests behave, but this I did not like at all. And again, not seen in other B&Bs where I received a great welcome, friendly service and was more treated like a family guest than an intruder. ||||Only positive comments: room was clean, but small. This is a great B&B in Grinsted and I highly reccomend it if you need somewhere to stay for both a short holiday or long-term. We stayed at the Huset for 2 months while we looked for a permanent home and transitioned our move into Denmark. I saw many happy guests come and go. Pia provides a great breakfast, and includes access to the kitchen and shared living space with toys/games, a lovely porch, parking, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and provides everything else you need and more. I usually stay in hotels but due to the price of accommodation in Denmark I chose the Huset and was not disappointed. The room was sufficient enough for an overnight stay or maybe two nights with clean facilities and the owner allowed us to check in early which was of great benefit. ||There is free parking at the rear of the property and a choice of supermarkets in the town centre, just a short walk away. ||The owner is helpful and friendly, overall an enjoyable stay. ||||The B&B is in a great location if you are visiting LEGOLAND and...
