Løkken Badehotel — Hotel in Hjørring Municipality

We had dinner here to escape the brutal sandy wind. The food was spectacular and very delicious! I went for the Wienerschnitzel. It came with potatoes peas, and sauerkraut on top of some sill and a lemon.

The service was good, that is if you are able to get their attention. Sometimes it felt a little bit like they were avoiding our table. Although there is a different culture here when it comes to eating out. I also understand that they were rather busy.

However, from the point we ordered it took well over an hour to get the entrees. Once we were able to get their attention we requested ketchup and beware that they serve them in a tiny little jar with approximately 20ml. I will say though that it was a nice location and good spot to eat. I would certainly recommend...

One bedroom apartment with sofa bed - family of four. Nice building on the outside but the our apartment (#16) was really tired and needing work done to freshen it up. Furniture and walls very tired and dirty. Cheapest pillow & duvet. Bathroom v.old & odd smell. Apartment door didn’t stay shut unless locked. Some surfaces including sofa felt sticky. We cleaned the apartment before use.||On the plus side, good car parking, close to the town centre and beach. Ok kitchen facilities and large enough table for four||A lot of money for the quality we got. Maybe some of the other rooms were better. First things first, this is not a real hotel but an apartment hotel so don’t expect the service level you would have at an ordinary hotel. The location is ideal in Løkken and there is also parking provided (1 parking space per room). The room/apartment is well equipped for cooking and there are a couple of super markets close by. The beds was ok, but you have to put on your own linen. Our room was ok and clean, but since we were facing the square there was a bit of noise from the local restaurants in the evening, especially if you have the windows open. Having to pay extra for the electricity you use during the stay is something I haven’t experienced before and...
