mellma — Restaurant in Hjørring Municipality

We recently visited Mellma in Løkken and had an exceptional experience! Despite not having a reservation, we were able to get a table for three on short notice, which was a fantastic surprise. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. We were thoroughly entertained and well taken care of throughout our visit.

The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish prepared to perfection. The flavors were delightful, and we could tell that a lot of care went into each plate. It's rare to find a place that excels in both service and cuisine, but Mellma certainly delivers on both fronts.

We are already looking forward to our next visit. Mellma has won us over with its great atmosphere, fantastic food, and outstanding hospitality. Highly recommended for anyone...

Absolutely Mellma is the best bar&restaurant in Løkken! The food came fast, for sure all of them with really good taste! Especially the French fries, amazing when is still hot! The pink cocktail was super nice!(which one is noted “Made With Love”on the glass :) We also got a nice live music show with a band and there was a DJ played lots of good music after that. It was really relax atmosphere for us after a long driving trip to Løkken. Everything was perfect! All the waiters and waitresses were friendly with lovely smile and they were very helpful! Delicious food and professional service with good price, it’s worth all the money! We will definitely come back here...

It's a cafe with a focus on one of the Danish national dishes "smørrebrød". As a dane and someone who have been eating it for all my life, the quality here was above "okay" and just below fine. The service however was one of the worst I've experienced, having to wait for 30 minutes before getting a menu, and having to ask the personnel to put tables together so we'd get our reserved seatings just felt like a massive waste of time. Which is essential since the table was only booked for limited time, time we lost 30 minutes of, due to no service/lack there of.

Not a place I'd recommend on busy days, if you're an international tourist looking to try "smørrebrød" this is an okay...
