For the second time since Residence Inn open in Santiago de los Caballeros, the experience was exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The front desk team greeted us with warm smiles and efficiently checked me in, ensuring every detail of out stay was taken care of. Especially Susy Flores, she was amazing both stays.

The room was immaculate—beautifully furnished, spacious, and boasting an incredible view that added to the overall ambiance. The attention to detail was impressive, from the plush bedding to the luxurious bathroom amenities. Housekeeping did a fantastic job throughout my stay, maintaining the room’s pristine condition. Shout to the young ladies who were assigned to the third floor and fifth floor house keeping. They were exceptional.

One of the highlights was the service. The staff’s hospitality is truly remarkable. Whether it was the concierge assisting with recommendations or the restaurant staff catering to my dietary preferences, they made sure I felt like a VIP. Every interaction felt personalized, and they remembered little details from previous conversations, which made the experience even more special.

I also enjoyed the hotel’s amenities—especially the gym. The hotel’s location was ideal, close to everything I wanted to explore, yet still peaceful enough for relaxation.

Recently stayed at this location over a long weekend and the hotel, staff, rooms restaurant are spectacular.

At check in I was greeted by Francisco who checked me in seamlessly. Rooms are spacious and has everything you will need for a short or extended stay. All room include kitchenette and nice sized bathrooms.

Checked out the pool which is a nice roof top w seating area w light bites.

It's a brand new hotel and everything feels and looks very luxurious and chic.

I ordered food from their onsite restaurant ( to eat in my room) food was good-solid especially after running around Santiago all day. You can also get local food deliveries via Uber Eats -(also a McDonalds across the street/highway-there is a passage to cross). The breakfast which is complimentary has a good variety of breakfast foods (bacon, eggs, fruit, cereals, pastries, breads, juices etc). On Sunday they had a traditional Dominican breakfast (mangu, fried cheese, salchichon frito). So so good!

At the hotel lobby Sebastian makes great drinks-the lychee/coconut martini is delicious order it and thank me later.

Note: there is a Cafe directly next door called Calcali -(not associated with the hotel but on the property) Calcali -has a good variety of food as well-don't have to go far.
