Terrible service. I have ordered a few times here by the third time it was awful and my order was mixed up. I decided to give them another chance for Thanksgiving and was looking specifically for their catering service. I asked about chicken as they don’t have turkey, and asked how much would it be for four people. The person responding responding in a very condescending tone that that isn’t what buffet is (laughing emoji included). I right then and there decided to tell them I was no longer interested in their service as someone who has attended and been part of countless events where catering and buffet style have been served, I don’t see how having ONE dish be served for four people (hadn’t even asked or they didn’t even know what else I was gonna order or the amount) is amusing or a reason to be condescending. But hey! Lost a customer and will tell many more people of how poor their services are. 🤷‍♀️
