The hotel charged us more by mistake. They were quick to acknowledge that and later told us we could use the extra amount in the restaurant or we would get that amount back when checking out. Day of check out comes and they didn’t want to give back the extra money paid. They kept saying that they were not allowed to do that, that it would take a long time to process it, etc. It took around 30-40 minutes of insisting that we were not leaving without it that they finally agreed to give us that extra amount.|Hotel is expensive, rooms are very simple and not that nice, but it’s the best hotel in the area so that’s probably why they charge a lot more.
