This hotel an adequate location. the price is accessible is you go to work ( 30 thirty dollars for person). The facilities are well maintained, rooms in good condition, cable tv, free WIFI, garage, swimming pool (water to the climate), air conditioning. ||the best thing about the hotel was the attention.||Additionally we had very good conversation of plants to cook||and we were invited to eat for a person. Durante el feriado de fin de año, decidimos viajar a Atacames, una playa que no habíamos visitado en mucho tiempo debido a los problemas de inseguridad. Nos sorprendió ver cómo la gente realmente se esfuerza por reactivar la economía local, ya que viven del turismo. Sin embargo, lamentablemente, no todos parecen compartir el mismo interés en ofrecer un buen servicio.

Nos hospedamos un grupo de 9 personas en el Hotel La Aldea Playa, y la experiencia fue decepcionante. Pagamos $20 por persona por noche, pero el servicio dejó mucho que desear. En una de las habitaciones ingresaron sin previo aviso para realizar un mantenimiento al aire acondicionado que estaba dañado, y nunca nos informaron al respecto. Esto fue especialmente grave porque teníamos objetos de valor y tecnología en la habitación.

Cuando expresamos nuestro malestar por la falta de comunicación, el personal fue grosero. Además, la cama estaba mojada debido a la falla del aire acondicionado y, al solicitar sábanas limpias al gerente, su respuesta fue gritos y una actitud sumamente hostil. Incluso se negó a devolvernos el dinero por las dos noches que habíamos pagado. Durante nuestra estadía, nos tiraba las llaves cada vez que necesitábamos entrar a la habitación, lo que resultó humillante e inaceptable.
