This is a beautiful place in a great location; however, it is extremely overpriced for what it offers. Similar places in Ecuador, with great views of the ocean, Jacuzzi, amenities, breakfast and 22% tax/service included and a restaurant on site charge around $119/night , This place should be marketed as an AirB&B rather than a hotel, as it is actually rooms inside a house that are on offer and there is no restaurant or café on site. At least breakfast should be included in the price, together with amenities, in order to justify the price. Instead, breakfast is charged separately as are the use of body boards at $4/hour. Surfing lessons are charged at $75/hour when in Canoa, a 10-minute drive, they are charged at $15/hour. Additionally, if you want food in the premises, you must order a delivery and wash your own dishes, which is something a person paying $135 / night will certainly not be willing to do. Five stars are not enough for this wonderland! I was in desperate need for a magical place. As soon as I got to Malu, I thanked the Universe for everything I encountered. Every single detail made my stay there unforgettable. The decoration is enchanting and captivating. My bedroom ( very well-equipped) had the most amazing view and i simply adored the matress!!! As a highlight, it has a security circuit - and that is something very important for me. I’m planning to return in the near future! El hotel bien ubicado frente al mar, se encuentra lejos del ajetreo de la ciudad y del ruido ofrece un confort de lujo para quién desea descansar y disfrutar de las actividades de la playa sin preocupaciones. En efecto, el personal es muy amable y diligente. || Nos gustaron las impecables habitaciones con sus balcones algunos con jacuzzi son acogedoras bien diseñadas en sus espacios con las amenidades necesarias . La ropa de cama y de baño son de primera calidad lo quea mí me impresionó.|| Iba descubriendo poco a poco los depurados y elegantes detalles de inspiración manabita con un innegable toque balinés. En cada rincón y vi que todo estaba pensado para amenizar la estadía del cliente. La sala exquisita desde la entrada hasta la terraza con preciosas plantas nos permitían estar juntos y a la vez nos brindaba la posibilidad de varios espacios de privacidad para leer mientras los jóvenes se dedicaban a los juegos de sociedad.
