Similar places in Ecuador, with great views of the ocean, Jacuzzi, amenities, breakfast and 22% tax/service included and a restaurant on site charge around $119/night , This place should be marketed as an AirB&B rather than a hotel, as it is actually rooms inside a house that are on offer and there is no restaurant or café on site. At least breakfast should be included in the price, together with amenities, in order to justify the price. Instead, breakfast is charged separately as are the use of body boards at $4/hour. Surfing lessons are charged at $75/hour when in Canoa, a 10-minute drive, they are charged at $15/hour. Additionally, if you want food in the premises, you must order a delivery and wash your own dishes, which is something a person paying $135 / night will certainly not be willing to do.
