posada incapirca restaurante — Hotel in Ingapirca

In my experience.. The person at the front desk checked us in with no problem. He was very nice, started the fire in our room's chimney, told us they offered dinner, but he said it was expensive compared to the small town. We decided to have dinner outside the hotel because he seemed like he didn't want to cook. Before we left, he asked what time would we be ready for breakfast, we said 8am.

The next day at 8am no breakfast was prepared, not even coffee. Although breakfast was included, the front desk person told us that he was off that day and didn't prepare anything.

We checked out around 35 minutes later, they wanted to overcharge us. I had to show them the cost of my reservation on Expedia, and he still wanted to overcharge me. I had to ask him to honor the reservation price, and he finally did.

I asked for a discount because the reservation included breakfast and they had no breakfast prepared for us at all, and he said no. Then he paused, and offered to make us coffee and breakfast.. we declined.

Other than that, in my experience, the bed was hard like a board, the room had no TV, but there was wifi, hot and cold water, and a water bottle. The heater in the room is a fire place, not good if you can't breathe in smoke.

In my experience, there are beautiful sceneries in most of Ingapirca and other hotels nearby that are not advertised online. This is not the only hotel in all of Ingapirca. I don't feel it's...

Pésimo servicio, me sirvieron un plato con plástico y no querían cambiarlo, me dijeron que solo lo retire y ya. Cobraron por el plato a pesar de la mala higiene. La atención es prioritaria a Extranjeros y a los locales los tratan pésimo. Para colmo son unos malditos, meten lechones en sacos y los dejan en pleno patio al sol sin poder respirar para matarlos de una forma muy cruel. Yo salí desesperada a liberar al cerdo,pues no merece morir de esa forma. Forma inhumana de tratar a los animales y muy prepotentes los que atienden. No recomiendo para...

Las instalaciones bien bonitas lamentablemente falta personal. El mesero está a cargo de la recepción, de las habitaciones y de todo. Tal vez el motivo de su mal humor. La comida rica pero fría, obviamente debido a los platos fríos de este ambiente de altura - hasta el canelazo que nos invitó el mesero sobre exigido...
