It is hard to say anything positive about our stay except the the pool is nice. Other than that they messed up our booking and solving the problem was like pulling teeth. We paid for 2 rooms and they throws to give us one. The headache and lack of hospitality from the girl at the front desk was absurd. They ended up putting us in a room in a class below what we booked and really weren’t trying to help us enjoy our stay. In terms of the rooms, they are on the street, loud, have no safe, have newlywed size matrimonial beds and only have us one towel. A request for another was not filled. Food was good in the evening. though on the second stay in lago Agrio we went to the Chinese in the main street and it was good ( and didn't give us any stomach issues) Lago Agrio is not the place they warn you about. Sure, it's got zero of interest but it didn't appear to be as threatening as we had read about. We walked around the market and did some pre-jungle stocking up in the supermarket in the main street - Tia. They sold...
