Hotel Rishuo - Restaurant — Hotel in Parroquia Santa Marianita

I was looking for a getaway where I could relax near a quiet beach and enjoy the pool. ||First, bait and switch is not nice. I was sent a description of the room and the price. When I arrived, the manager said that I would have to pay 60% more for that room, and that he had made a mistake when he sent me the quote. I had traveled all the way from Quito and did not have a plan B. This is a remote place.||Second, the pool is not just for guests. The place fill up with local families and it is a loud and boisterous scene until well into the night. The hotel plays music and people brought in their own speakers, so there was a dueling DJ situation going on all afternoon.||The next morning I had to find another place to stay, in order to salvage my short vacation. I ended up going to Manta, paying high last minute rates at another hotel. I appreciate that they did not keep my entire pre-payment, but they did charge me the inflated price for one night.The manager said that I should have looked at their Instagram, which shows party scenes at the pool. We stayed in this hotel for 3 night and we had amazing experience ... we did not want to leave. ||This is relatively small but very modern (well maintained) hotel located directly at enchanting St. Marianita beach.||Hotel is very well managed and organized. Checking and checkout are very fast ... no any problems with billing. You see the hotel owner Mr. Jaime everywhere.
