Hostal Puertas del Sol — Hotel in Riobamba

It costed 2$ more than what it said in the booking. They charged us 5$ extra to be able to leave our backpack there for 2 days (our first time somebody charges us for that in Ecuador at all). Our room was facing the road with a big market. There was a terrible noice until 12am and again from 5am. We slept very badly even with earplugs (cars horning every 10 seconds, loud music and so on). The wifi was not working. No warm water. No toilet paper. There are many better options for the same money closer...

los administradores son muy amables con sus recomendaciones y sus atenciones, las habitaciones son muy limpias y silenciosas se puede descanzar con tranquilidad. Se puede acceder al desayuno en las mismas instalaciones que esto fue genial. un buen servicio por un precio minimo es recomendable para turistas nacionales...

La habitación que nos dieron es cómoda tiene lo básico necesario pero despues de un momento empezó a oler a tabaco, las sábanas olían a tabaco, pedimos que las cambien y lo hicieron aún así el olor de tabaco se quedó en el baño pero abriendo las ventanas mejoró. La ubicación no me gustó mucho porque es frente...
