Fogata Hostel — Hotel in Salinas

I brought my family here for a night stay. We made reservations prior to arriving| Upon our arrival the manager took his tome to open up the security gate in front of the hostel/hotel. In addition to this, He acted as if he didnt know what rooms were available for us to stay in and acted like he didnt know his job. We told him we hsd room reservations and to show us the amount of spaces the rooms had there. After seeing the rooms, we decided to agree to reside in one of these. Sfter going back to the front desk withh him for the third time. My wife jokingly said something to him to cheer him up but his demeanor wss so harsh as if he didn't want us to be there or serve us. After 20 minutes at the front desk with him, we finally recieved the room keys and moved our luggages into the room. In this room, the water service in bathroom toilet and the sink was off and unservicable. My wife went back to the front desk to tell him this and to turn on the water on in our room bathroom. My wife came back to the room to tell me that he had a bad attitude and bad vibes toward her. After a few hours he mentioned to us that the room we reserved to other customers . No quedamos muy contentos con nuestra estadía, los precios son accesibles, sin embargo pueden mejorar tanto sus instalaciones como el servicio, empezaré indicando que llegamos a las dos pm para ingresar como nos habían indicado pero no tenían listas las habitaciones, esperamos una hora para que nos den la habitación, el aseo deja mucho que desear, tiene polvo por todos lados, las almohadas sucias (tenían manchas amarillas y un olor terrible), las paredes del baño no estaban bien limpias, tenían sarro en las paredes, ventanas sin limpiar y en general el aseo deficiente, las habitaciones requieren mantenimiento los muebles estaban en mal estado, sin cajón, la litera estaba por romperse la escalera, se nota que no hay mantenimiento, en cuanto a las demás instalaciones la misma historia le falta mantenimiento, ya denota la edad del inmueble, el desayuno es poca la porción aunque lo sirvieron a tiempo, lo terrible fue la segunda noche hubo un grupo y armaron una fiesta hasta altas horas de la noche, huéspedes en estado etílico a la madrugada en la piscina, el escándalo no nos dejó descansar, al otro día el baño del área pública de la piscina estaba sucio, el piso en el que estábamos tenía un olor asqueroso a personas ebrias, LO ÚNICO RESCATABLE FUE LA ATENCIÓN Y CÁLIDO SERVICIO DE ENZO (EL AUXILIAR QUE PASA EN LAS TARDES), SIEMPRE ESTUVO ATENTO A NUESTRAS NECESIDADES Y NOS AYUDO CON TODO LO QUE NECESITAMOS, INCLUSIVE A LA MADRUGADA CUANDO NOS QUEJAMOS DEL ESCÁNDALO DEL GRUPO, FUE MUY AMABLE, DEBERÍA TRABAJAR EN OTRO HOTEL DONDE SEA BIEN APRECIADO SU DON DE SERVICIO Y AMABILIDAD, cosa básica en la hotelería, no volvería a Fogata...

El hostal es muy lindo, ubicado a pocas cuadras de la playa, las habitaciones son comodísimas y muy acogedoras. El personal es amable y están dispuestos a ayudarte en lo que necesites. La piscina es perfecta para el calor que hace en la zona. El desayuno estuvo muy rico. No está ubicado en la zona d emayor tránsito, por lo que se puede descansar tranquilamente y si necesitas comprar algo, tienes varios comercios cercanos y no necesitas ir muy lejos. De verdad...
