I recently hosted my engagement party at Crowne Plaza, and I cannot express how thrilled I am with the experience! From start to finish, the service was nothing short of exceptional.

The event coordinator (Arsany), was incredibly attentive and helped us plan every detail to perfection. He listened to our vision and made helpful suggestions that truly elevated our celebration. The staff was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything ran smoothly.

The venue itself was stunning! We chose the restaurant next to the pool, which provided a beautiful stunning venue for our special day. The ambiance was perfect, and our guests were in awe of the setting.

The catering was another highlight. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and received excellent reviews from all our guests.

Overall, I highly recommend Crowne Plaza for any event, especially engagement parties. Their commitment to excellent service and attention to detail made our day unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team for making our engagement celebration so special! Honestly my experience there was so bad. I reached, they “upgraded” me, gave me a dirty room! I went to the toilet to wipe the counter and beard hair left overs were all over the counters, massive amount, made me sick to my stomach and had to check out a day before and book another hotel to avoid seeing this. Didn’t have time to complain in person as I was rushing for an event, and when I complained once I was back in Dubai, they told me they can’t refund me the money and offered me a stay there (which I’ll never go back again). Then I shared some pictures of the hair on the counter, from the shock I couldnt take pictures from the beginning once I started cleaning the counter, then they asked if I picked up the tissues from the garbage 🤣🤣🤣🤣 why would anyone do that and how would I know that those tissues have disgusting hair on them? Im attaching only some pictures and that’s 10% of what was on the toilet counter I promise :) Also service was so so so slow, took them forever to get us anything to the room. Even slippers were not in the room, which are basics of when checking in into such a “hotel”. Anyway I hate this place and they owe me 480 AED, which seems like they don’t want to...

My friend and I came to Egypt for my friend to have Bariatric Surgery with Professor Tamer.|Professor Tamer gave us a list of hotels, The mirage being one of them.|We spent 3 nights at the Elite hospital and arrive at The Mirage on the 31st May. |Check-in was easy and straightforward. |Once we were in the room, which was lovely, we got a call to say they would be bringing a birthday cake to the room.|My friends birthday was on the 29th (the day of her surgery), and mine was on the 1st ( the day after we arrived).|The staff are lovely, very attentive, and greeting us all the time.|Unfortunately I only got the names of two of the staff, Maria and Osama, but all the staff are lovely.|There is a lovely pool with music in the evening.|Food is really nice (massive portions) and at a reasonable price.|My friend needed something from the chemist and they arranged to have it delivered to the hotel. |We checked out on the 4th June, we were offered a late checkout for free until 3pm. |House keeping was done daily.|Tea and coffee facilities provided.|All in all, an...
