OWL Coffee Club ( Smouha Branch ) — Restaurant in Alexandria

The place is well designed, cozy and chilling. They have a good collection of games that you can play with your friends too. I went there with 6 of my friends and we ordered different drinks, most of them were aight but my personal favourites were the Nutella and Mocha shakes. Unfortunately we haven't tried any of the pastry there this time. The thing that grabbed my attention the most was the outstanding service at the place. Their staff are very kind and welcoming, no matter how many questions you ask they will always answer them with a smile. We had lots of fun with one of there staff and we even took pictures with him...

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I came here for breakfast and whole menu for breakfast has only 2 items available out of +20 items which is so disappointing!!! The sitting is way too unorganized and uncomfortable, I was eating and someone next to me is smoking cigarettes literally the smoke is flying over the food, and what the waitress had to say was “the whole place is smoking.. no place for nonsmokers” given that they serve food and it’s an indoor place so that’s so gross.

An awful experience that I don’t wish it...

First time visiting and I really enjoyed it. The staff are young, friendly, and easygoing. What stood out most for me was the atmosphere—the music was nice and not too loud, and the lighting was low, warm, and very relaxing. It felt cozy without being overwhelming, and the air conditioning made it extra comfortable. The bathroom was also spotless, which is always a good sign.

I only grabbed an iced salted caramel frappe since I couldn’t stay long, but it was really good. I’ll definitely be back to try...
