Nile Clube Hotel — Hotel in Cairo

The location was in a perfect spot, it was easy to access all the major attractions. We were upgraded to a suite room on the first night for free, which was very spacious, and we ended up upgrading paying for the rest of our stay. The room was super spacious with a huge balcony facing the Nile. We absolutely enjoyed every bit of the stay there. The staffs were very polite and helpful. The manager Mustafa was very helpful in everything. He helped us with arranging a day tour for us to the pyramids and museums with a very sweet guide and driver. He also arranged Nile Dinner Cruise as well at a very affordable rate. If you are looking for a hassle free stay, i would absolutely recommend Nile Club. The washroom was very very tiny and the water always comes out of the shower making the washroom wet all the time. The breakfast is Ala Carte with not that great of options. I had a confirmed booking for three rooms at this hotel for six adults during the New Year holiday, made weeks in advance. Everything was confirmed, and I planned my itinerary around this reservation. However, just a few weeks before my trip, the hotel unilaterally canceled my booking without providing any explanation.||This last-minute cancellation has caused immense stress and inconvenience. Finding suitable alternative accommodations during the peak holiday season has been both challenging and expensive. The lack of communication and professionalism from the hotel is unacceptable, and the alternative suggested by Booking.com was far below the standard and location I had carefully selected.||I strongly advise against booking this hotel if you value reliability and customer service. I had a wonderful two-week stay at this hotel and couldn’t be more pleased with my experience. It was my first time traveling to Caïro with my mom. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the welcoming and kind staff, who made sure I felt right at home. The service was top, everyone was attentive, friendly, and made sure to make my stay comfortable. The hotel/room itself were clean. The cheerfulness of the workers added such a positive atmosphere to the entire place, and it really made a difference in my stay.
