Check-In Process Upon arrival, the check-in process was seamless. Ahmed at the front desk greeted me warmly, and i was offered complimentary drinks while the reservation was processed.

Room Quality My room was elegantly decorated, featuring: A comfortable king-size bed with high-quality linens. A well-appointed bathroom with a rain shower and basic toiletries. Modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV, many satellite channels , and complimentary Wi-Fi.

Cleanliness The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. Daily housekeeping ensured that the room remained tidy, and common areas were regularly maintained.

Amenities The hotel boasts a hidden gem amenity A stunning lounge with breathtaking views of the Nile & Ocean view .

Dining Options The on-site restaurant served a diverse menu, with highlights including: A delicious breakfast featuring both local and international dishes.( extra charge $$ ) An exquisite juices bar with fresh ingredients

Service The staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. From Ahmed at check in to the other Ahmed night shift who made sure to mark down my wake up call - Nayara who helped me pick out a la carte breakfast selections & the young guy at the restaurant who had an excellent attention to details & brought my food & drinks exactly the way i asked for .their attentiveness was exceptional.

Conclusion Overall, [Grand Hotel ] exceeded my expectations in every aspect. It’s an ideal choice for anyone looking to experience luxury and comfort in Ras Albar Highly recommended! Great service from a very professional team... we stayed in room 206 everything we needed was available and more... breakfast was fulfilling the coffee was great... there was a gift in our room for newyear... the bed was very comfortable... if you ask for anything extra they'll get it to you... we enjoyed our short stay very much... the location is near el lesan and el mamsha where all the shops and activities are available... there is a nice entertainment park infront of the hotel it can be a little noisy at night during special seasons and events... the bathroom in our room was very small even though there was an extra sink and space beside...

The hotel is well-located and it is easy to navigate to any place in Ras el bar from it. However, the cleanliness of the rooms was subpar. Surfaces were dusty and the floors underneath sofas and beds were not clean. We ordered housekeeping on our second day and thankfully they took care of everything.

The breakfast is nice, a good Egyptian breakfast and the restaurant is clean, calm, and organised.

Overall, better cleanliness should be maintained. The hotel staff are very friendly...
