Service was good and Staff was welcoming and was always trying to do their best and please us but there hospitality was tightened by some hidden cost cutting policy

The hotel place and view were fine. The sea view was lovely.

However,As a start my doors lock card magnet was not working and it was fixed three successive times. My stuff was locked inside the room and I couldn’t reach it.. I had to go to the lobby more than 2 times to re-magnet the card but still it opened once and then back to losing its magnet again

I was at rage and decided to ask for another room when the hotel manager came at last and fixed the issue easily and it seemed like he knew how to fix it from the start but the action was taken too late.

Safety deposit box wasn’t working

Beds were uncomfortable, and even pillow were somehow smelly.

The hot water boiler was rusty

Pictures looked ok online but I think they had been taken so many years previous

Pools were not heated

The food was fresh only on the first day. However the rest of the days, it wasn’t fresh nor sufficient and poor with no taste at all.

There is a fatal act that happened on our last day as well, we were sitting in the lobby at night having the free poor quality drinks served when suddenly out of nowhere a horrible chemical treatment was used. We were all affected by its smell and kept coughing. My friend couldn’t breath and she had to rush to the bathroom to vomit. Others including me did face high irritation of the nose, sever coughing and inability to breath.

Others commented about the old furnitured rooms but that was ok for me if the mentioned above was satisfying

The delay in receiving the rooms reached more than 4 hours. Professionally improper style of reception manager. The rooms were not fully prepared to receive the client, such as cleaning, or following up on the maintenance of air conditioners, refrigerators, or lighting. Bad treatment of the grill chef in the dining hall.

In the swimming pool for water games, the lights are not installed and the wires are hanging in the bathroom, which is unfortunately an unsafe and disturbing view that gives a sense of anxiety

We were a flight from Alexandria .After traveling 12 hours. In 5 August 2022 We arrived at the hotel at approximately 12:30 pm, and the rooms were settled starting at 4 pm 🤯. Also, unfortunately, after this wait, many rooms had problems with air conditioning, hygiene, or the absence of bulbs 🤷🏻 ♀️. And there are rooms that did not match the wishes of the client, so he did not want a high floor or far from the dining hall due to his health conditions. The worst fault of all is the reception manager himself, when he heard the complaint. His response was that aggrieved customer can check out of the hotel. Unfortunately, his response is completely unfair, irresponsible and unqualified for his job, and the barbecue provider also has a very bad style and a collective complaint.

From UK and was advised not to visit by British embassy. We of course decided otherwise. Best decision ever! Amazing service from everyone. Felt welcomed in every part of this hotel. It is outdated but it is basic and functional. The coral reef was beautiful. Thank you to Mr Muhammad who was in charge of pool and beach areas. The hotel is beautiful but does need revamping and this can be seen that the steps are being taken but business is slow. The beach view is beautiful and the beach to swim was my favourite and spotting fishes while swimming was a great experience. The food was good and Mr Beshoy and his service was amazing. The Havana team and Mr Jamaica were amazing for entertaining the kids and adults. Amazing shows! Room service from Mr Muhammad and Eid were amazing. Thank you for the surprises you guys did. We absolutely loved them. Overall, it is basic and it is what you pay for. It is outdated and needs to be revamped in some areas. The hair dryer especially. The card slot thing in our room wasn’t working so we just put the lights on manually. Be vary if prices for taxi, spa and quad bikes. Don’t pay what they give you. Go lower. Quad for 5 should be £50. They always compare uk prices with Egyptian which I didn’t understand. And don’t feel sorry for them if you don’t pay a tip. This should all be included in price.
