👌👌👌Unforgettable vacation at LABRANDA CLUB MAKADI hotel - Complete relaxation with perfect staff...👌👌👌
My recent holiday at LABRANDA CLUB MAKADI was simply fantastic and I will definitely be back. This hotel exceeded all my expectations in every way, from the beautiful room, to the excellent food, to the unforgettable staff who made me feel at home.
Room: Upon arrival I was impressed with my room. It was spacious, beautifully furnished and offered everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom modern and clean, and the view from the balcony was amazing. Every day I looked forward to returning to this beautiful room after a day full of fun and relaxation.
Diet: The food at this hotel was impeccable. Every meal was a gastronomic experience, with a large selection of dishes that satisfied even the most demanding tastes. Breakfast, lunch and dinner offered a wide selection of fresh, tasty dishes that were constantly changing. I would especially highlight the local specialties that allowed me to discover new tastes. Everything was excellent.
❤️❤️❤️Staff❤️❤️❤️ I have to single out a few people here who really made my stay memorable. The lifeguard named Ahmed at this hotel was amazing. He was always on point, attentive and professional, but also friendly and willing to answer any questions. His approach reassured me that we were always safe, allowing me to completely relax by the pool. He also taught me a few phrases in Arabic. A super person with a very good heart, who was always smiling beautifully. ❤️
❤️❤️❤️Bartenders by the pool❤️❤️❤️ Namely Saif, Mahmoud and Mohamed. They are fantastic people with good hearts who were always laughed at. Their ability to make refreshing drinks was second to none. They had excellent recommendations, always prepared a drink with a smile, and their friendly attitude added to the overall feel-good atmosphere. They always found time for a short chat, which added to the feeling that guest satisfaction really matters here. Without them, this vacation would not have left such an experience as it did.
❤️❤️❤️Animator❤️❤️❤️ The animator named Verča at this hotel was absolutely great. Her energy and enthusiasm were contagious. The programs she prepared were fun, varied and adapted to all age categories. Whether it was morning exercise, evening entertainment, or various daily activities, she always made sure everyone felt included and had a good time. It's a shame that at the end of our holiday she moved to another hotel.
I have nothing to complain about this hotel. From the first day to the last, I was constantly amazed by the quality of service, the beauty of the setting and the level of care that the staff provided. LABRANDA CLUB MAKADI is a place where one feels welcome and pampered. I will definitely come back here in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect place to relax and have an unforgettable vacation. MOST OF ALL, THEY GAVE ME A COMPLETE AND UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE ❤️ the lifeguard Ahmed ❤️ ❤️ the bartenders Saif, Mahmoud, Mohamed ❤️ I hope that the hotel and hotel management also appreciate them, because they are the people who managed to conjure up wonderful days on vacation for which we will definitely come back... I have added photos of the most amazing people who made...

As I'd been to Sharm El sheikh over 10 years ago, my expectations were similar to what I had experienced there. So my review will be a little more favourable compared to a Brit visiting for the first time.
I would first start off to say that there are mainly Russian and German guests that stay here, not many Brits. So the music and food etc were more tailored to them.
The food was good overall. Nothing spectacular, just what you would expect from an all inclusive. The BBQ nights were really nice both in terms of quality and taste of the meats. Flavour wise definitely a little on the bland side but do remember who they're catering for. If you're there for the food, then go somewhere else (however I do feel it's the same anywhere you go in Egypt). Desserts and cakes were a disappointment for me but definitely go for their grilled meats. I don't drink, but the bars did not water down the soft drinks, they were always given in the 2Ltr bottles they've kept on ice.
The facilities were really impressive. The beach area and the swimming area are both well kept and enjoyable. They have different events in the pool on different days. They have a spa and gym area near the beach. They have a club further out as well as a pool and table tennis building.
Cons: WiFi is only available in the reception lobby. It's 2024 and for me that's not good enough.
Decor is a little aged and needs a refresh in the dining area and rooms.
We had to move rooms after the first nigh because they had thumping music on in the centre of the resort (not the club area) when I called and asked when it would end they said 1am. I immediately requested to change rooms further away from that area so I could sleep in peace, especially with most of the excursions in Hurghada starting early.
The biggest con for me is that their security caused a huge hassle every time a transport was picking me and my wife up for an excursion. They said it's for security reasons but they take ID at the gate and also quote the room number. Furthermore when I asked other guests from different resorts in makadi they said they had no issue, so it's definitely something to do with making it difficult if you don't go with their excursions (which is a bump) and find your own.
Overall, the service was really good in particular Mohammed, Amer and Islam at reception, really good lads and Nader.
As a Brit just know In Hurghada you will not get Dubai level quality or service and communication sometimes may be an issue. Book your excursions which are amazing and recharge your batteries at a resort to go again...
Read moreGood resort with great location, we have booked a sea side view room but got one in the middle of the hotel with a view on the pool in the 3rd floor, i guess the sea was visible from there but not what i expected. The room was ok, with somewhat older equipment trying to play it into a antique style, the balcony was nice thou, and the beds were spacious. The breakfast and lunch were outside in the beach restaurant and the dinner inside. The selection of food was good, i have always found something that i liked even though i'm vegetarian. For breakfast: pancakes, franch toast, salats, falafel, omelete, sweet pastry... for lunch: kopfta, pizza, french fries, fried fish, pasta, desserts, ice cream... for dinner they had theme each day.I guess the fruit selection was on the lower side with melons, dates, apple slices, grapes, bananas. Lot's of dishes were bland in taste, no strong flavers, for example a pasta dish with tomato had only a hint of tomato flavor. The ice cream on lunch is nice touch, although it was watery. For all-inclusive drinks you have assortment of alcoholic and non-alcoholic coctails, their juices (super sweet, or "Fresh" not free), coffe and wine. For alcoholic coctails you can get for example cuba libre, daiquiri and watever blue hawaii is, some coctails like mojito, pina colada were not free. Wine was bad, but maybe it's that we are spoiled by good wine. The service at the bars, was kind of unhappy for doing his job, when i wanted a caffee i hed to wait for him to finish his call and then he look like it was the biggest deal to click a button on the caffee machine. the coctails were sometimes not consistant, sometimes they added lime to cuba libre sometimes they did not, sometimes they "run-out" of vodka, i say "no ice" he starts to add ice. The beach was nice, there is a coral reef and bimbo island short swim away. the beach access is sand until shore line then gravel so i suggest swim boots unless you have tough feet. The night life is also great there as like a pre show every night sometimes with live singer or a local band and then there was a animation event, then after that there was a coco loco disco (not my type of music lots of remixes, no free drinks) or the night bar (no free drinks). but also the disco was alwayes hearable in the background even with closed balcony, the AC was on the louder side too. One touch i really liked was the reception lounge had a free desserts to choose from. All and all we...
