Bliss Nada — Hotel in Marsa Alam City

If u want to go to the sea , u've to choose any other hotel ! It has good location but with no marine activities ! , all my accomodation there ( 4 days ) the marina was closed !|It was so frustrating , when i asked why ! , they told me the weather is not good while we are in summer !!|I went out and reserved a trip to do the marine activities ! , in the same sea that they told it's not ok !!!|- also the towel center guy was not helpful , I asked for a towel with my towel card and they told me we are closing look at the time and i found it was 5:10 pm ,|I came back telling him u still open till 5:30 and the pool is open till the sunset !, another guy told him yea give'em the towel, and he gave it to me at last !!! Then why would such conversation could happen !!!|- While all the other things was ok , the food was very good , the services , the animation team , the room .|Just the marina closing was the big...

This hotel definitely does not meet the four stars standard! The hotel is old and neglected. The room facilities are definitely far below the standard of a four-star hotel. They don't keep it tidy, there are empty cups lying around everywhere, mostly around the pool. The lobby is not air-conditioned, so it was difficult to sit here for even a moment because of the wi-fi, not to mention that if there are more people there, the wi-fi doesn't work. The sun loungers on the beach are very old and in places dilapidated. The stairs from the pier are dangerous. The bar on the beach is poorly stocked, the bar inside the hotel has a very limited selection. The staff (the maid was an exception) is unpleasant. The hotel is not responsible for the inability to swim in the sea (red flag due to wind), but the pool is small for the hotel's capacity. Well...not...

The only thing I liked in this hotel is a doctor Mahamed Youssef in the Clinica Egypt. He’s nice person and professional of his occupation. He provided high level support and treatment. My mother got poisoned in this hotel and the doctor quickly went to meet her and quickly helped her feel better. He supported and helped in any way he could, conscientiously and professionally. Makhamed is incredibly kind and understanding, from him you can get not only medical help, but also practical advice and moral support. Everything else in the hotel was not very good, dirty pool, inconvenient entry into the sea, old rooms. The food was normal, but suspicious and most likely not very fresh at times, since many caught a gastro virus (stomach ache, diarrhea and vomiting). I would not come back here again, only the doctor and some people brightened...
