This place is an absolute disgrace! Without a doubt, the worst place I have ever stayed in my life. My partner and I came from Barcelona to spend a few days with friends on the north coast, and from the moment we arrived, it was a disaster. The resort is filthy and smells terrible, it's disgusting. The fridge was full of mold, which is completely unacceptable and revolting. The floor was so dirty that after walking around for just 10 minutes in socks, they turned black and sticky.

And that's not all, we found a cigarette in the bathroom. How disgusting! This clearly shows they have no hygiene or care. On top of that, we got a room facing all the activities, so we couldn't sleep with all the noise.

The air conditioning smelled awful and everything was covered in grime. I can't believe this place is open to the public! It's unacceptable! I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Avoid this place like the plague! A horrible experience from...

I've stayed in Porto resorts before, so I expected a certain level of quality. I was a but disappointed. We stayed in a 2 room chalet in the VIP area a stones throw from the Golden Mile Mall. There was always a life guard on duty at the pool, it was never very crowded but once or twice there weren't enough loungers for everyone. Also the pool could have been cleaner, there were some leaves and dead bugs in it. The landscape wasn't as cared for as I have seen at Porto Matrouh for instance. A lot of the grass was yellowish and some.of the paving was broken and dangerous.I tripped and my son tripped over. The restaurants and the supermarket at the Mall were ridiculously overpriced! So I advise anyone to get in your car and drive for less then 10 minutes to any of the supermarkets close by for supplies. Overall not bad. I would probably stay here again but not in...

I have stayed this place more than one year which is the terrible. All the time, it cuts the water off. Even though they don’t deserve one point, this place is disaster. They have shown not real pictures on the website. Especially, this is worse place for foreigners because they don’t give answer respectfully. Even though it is touristic place, nobody speaks English. Supposed this is COVID 19 time and nobody thinks it is dangerous for people cut the water off. People can’t wash their hand after job. Nobody cares people life in this place.
