I loved the place! It’s tidy & fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. I was lucky to enjoy my stay though it was their soft opening , hope they can maintain themselves despite the fact that they are fully booked until end of season. Need to have WiFi internet coverage. Bellmen are so professional. The operation manager was following up with us through out our whole stay if everything was going right with us . The staff are very accommodating with no exception and that’s the best part really. I loved the location pretty close to everything in New Alamein and North Cost line . Would recommend it to friends & family and definitely would make sure to book again ! Worst experience ever – it’s honestly a shame to even call this place a hotel. The room conditions are terrible, the toilets smell and are far from hygienic. They didn’t even bother to clean the room as part of the room service and left it messy throughout our stay. Breakfast is a joke – served in a plastic bag at 11 AM, cold and tasteless as if it had been sitting in the fridge for days. In the morning, there was no running water until we complained! We once forgot our keys, and shockingly, they didn’t even have a master key, leaving us waiting for ages.
